The room setup works really well for couples — I can see why recent guests rated it so highly for romantic getaways. There’s a proper kitchen where you can actually cook (not just reheat leftovers), which saved me quite a bit on dining out. The furnishings aren’t fancy, but everything feels thoughtfully chosen and well-maintained. I mean, you’ve got good Wi-Fi, decent water pressure, and that balcony I mentioned — honestly, what more do you need for a few days in Milan?

Practical Considerations

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before arriving: the building doesn’t have an elevator, so if you’re hauling heavy luggage, prepare for a bit of a workout. Parking can be tricky in this neighborhood — street spots are hit or miss, though there are some paid options nearby if you’re driving. The local grocery stores are solid, and there’s a decent restaurant just around the corner that does excellent risotto (the owner’s pretty chatty if you speak a bit of Italian).

What really sets this place apart is how it lets you experience Milan like a local rather than a tourist. You’ll find yourself shopping at the same markets as your neighbors, taking the same metro routes as commuters, and discovering those little neighborhood gems that don’t make it into guidebooks.   全体的に良いし、とても快適です👍
  
  ただ、最初にお湯とガスが使えず直しに来てもらいましたが、次の日にはまたお湯が使えなくなっていました。ガスは使えました。
  他の口コミにもありますが、多分お湯を出す何かしらが故障していると思います。
  もう一度頼みましたが、今度は直らなかったので面倒くさくなって諦め、頭は水で洗いました💦
  暖かい日が続いていたので大丈夫でしたが、冬だったら極寒に違いないと思います😂
  暖かいシャワーを浴びたい人にはおすすめできません…
  
  でも、街の治安も良いし、お部屋も綺麗でご飯も作れたし私は過ごしやすかったです！
  お湯が出れば次もまた利用したいなと思います。

  What could be improved: There is no hot water!!! They know that problem when we arrived…You pay for an accomodation to have a rest and to have the hygiene(have a shower).
  With the cold shower after 4 days im still have a cold 🙁

  Negativa per:
  1) acqua calda "assente"(caldaia in blocco)
  2)key box bloccato(forzato per sblocco)
  3) Tendaggio in continua caduta(riloga spaccate)
  4) Host completamente"ASSENTE". Gli avrò fatto 20 telefonate per segnalare le criticità, ma non ha mai risposto.

  המיקום היה לנו מאד נוח, קרוב לקהילה היהודית, לבית חב׳׳ד ולמקומות הכשרים.
  הדירה הייתה מרווחת והיה מטבח גדול.
  
  What could be improved: סגרנו איתם באתר שיוסיפו מיטת תינוק והם אכן אישרו שיביאו. הגענו לדירה ובמקום מיטת תינוק פתחו את הספה בתור מיטה נוספת.
  כתבנו להם בוואטסאפ הודעות כועסות על כך, ובקשנו שיביאו לנו מיטת תינוק עוד הלילה! הם לא קבלו את זה והביאו לנו רק למחרת בבוקר.
  בנוסף, רוב הזמן לא היה מים חמים במקלחת והיינו צריכים לקלח את התינוק עם קומקום, ולא היה מענה ראוי לעזרה מצידם.
  באופן כללי, חשוב לציין שזאת לא דירת אירוח, היא נראית יותר כמו דירה של אדם פרטי. היא לא היתה כל כך נקייה, הארונות בדירה היו מלאים בחפצים של מי שמתגורר שם, ובארונות מטבח היה כלים ואוכל שלו, כך שלא מרגישים פרטיות ואין מקום לאחסן את הבגדים והחפצים שלנו.
