  What could be improved: Tendrían que aclarar que las fotos no son contractuales. En la publicación aparece un baño con bidet. Somos argentinos y ees un accesorio que valoramos mucho por costumbre de uso. De hecho, una de las razones por las que reservamos ahí era el bidet, poco común en Europa. Y la habitación de que nos dieron no lo tenía.
  También carecía de percheros para los toallones. Raro por la calidad de las instalaciones

  What could be improved: Llegamos a la 2 de la mañana y no podíamos entrar está mal indicado todo , no encontrábamos las habitaciones , nadie contestaba al teléfono , llame al número de “emergencia” al principio no me quiso ayudar por ser las 2 de la mañana y yo estaba en la calle en una ciudad desconocida , lamentable , al final me ayudó y encontré la habitación . Pero lo pasé muy mal , muy caro para lo que es , al lado hay un hotel muy bonito , la próxima vez me quedaré encontré el hotel , no en el Airbnb este .

  Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! La struttura è accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio e situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere tutto facilmente. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di ogni confort,
  Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza: ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa.
  Un posto che consiglio senza esitazioni e dove tornerò sicuramente!

  The location was great as it is so close to Centrale stazione which made it easy to walk to with luggage. The studio was mostly well equipped, clean and quite well designed. the bathroom was adequately supplied.
  
  What could be improved: The studio is perfect for ONE person and we were 2 so it was a little too small. There was ONE teabag for 2 people for a 4 night stay although there was enough coffee and a coffee machine. For a stay of this length, ceramic/china cups instead of paper ones and a couple of teaspoons would have been better.

  What could be improved: Cleaning room, supply of proper cups and glasses for coffee n drinks . Was told it’s cos of hygiene. Every hotel or accommodation I stayed in the last 50 years supplied proper glasses. Paper cups leak and cannot be reused . On top of that very little supply to last 4 expresso. When asked only given a few after asking more than once. Towels wasn’t changed n had to request n cleaner refused n said had to check . Eventually we got the towels . We stayed there for 5 nights and think we deserve better. I dint see value for the bucks we paid .
