I’ll be straight with you about the location — this isn’t Duomo or Navigli. The Ripamonti Corvetto neighborhood is more working Milan than tourist Milan, which actually worked in my favor. There’s a metro station (Corvetto on the yellow line) about a ten-minute walk away, and once you’re on it, you can reach the city center in maybe 15-20 minutes. The area has authentic trattorias and local shops where you won’t see another tourist, plus grocery stores that don’t charge tourist prices.

The Practical Stuff

What sets this four-star place apart is how well it handles the details. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently — I was able to video call home without any drama. There’s parking available, which if you’ve ever tried to park in Milan, you know is basically gold. The staff responds quickly when you need something, and they seem to genuinely care about making sure everything runs smoothly. I mean, they’re not hovering around 24/7, but when I had questions about local transport, they gave me solid, practical advice.

  A lovely apartment with a very comfy bed. Spacious and light. The toiletries provided were a nice touch. The free parking was amazing and the tram stop is a 10 minute walk away.

  Nice apartement, placed at an aprox. 35 min walk from the Duomo di Milano.
  We had an issue with the electricity, which went down. The staff was receptive and solved the problem in approximately one hour.
  Parking available, if not in front of the building, there is a big parking for apartament blocks a few streets on the right (max 5 min walk). Be careful to park within the white spots.
  
  What could be improved: Theoretically you have to call the intercom and simultaneously press a button on a site provided by the owners to enter and retrieve the keys. Thus opens the gate, respectively the door at the entrance to the block. Although it does not seem complicated, for us it did not work, but we managed to get in quickly with the neighbors and we collected the key.

  Very cute and comfy apartment, also very warm and clean. All members of the stuff are super available and attentive. Also it’s not the first apartment which I booked with this agency and it was always super nice and easy! So I’ll definitely book again!
