The metro connections are solid (Certosa station is your friend), and you can actually get to the Duomo in about 20 minutes. Plus, there’s this great little bakery around the corner that I stumbled upon during my morning walks.

The Space Itself

The room setup surprised me in the best way — it’s spacious and feels more like a proper living space than a hotel crash pad. The terrace is where this place really shines, especially if you grab a coffee and sit out there in the early evening. I mean, having your own outdoor space in Milan? That’s not something you find everywhere. The kitchen area is actually functional too, which came in handy when I wanted to store some of those amazing Italian groceries I couldn’t resist buying.

You know what sold me on this place? The parking situation. If you’ve ever tried to park in central Milan, you’ll understand why having a guaranteed garage spot feels like winning the lottery. The whole setup is managed by NDP rent, and they’re pretty responsive — I had a question about the WiFi setup, and they sorted it out quickly. The 9.3 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s those little details that add up.

Why Guests Love It

This isn’t the place for someone who wants daily housekeeping and a concierge desk downstairs. But if you’re looking for independence, space to spread out, and that terrace for your morning espresso, it works really well. I found myself actually relaxing here instead of just using it as a place to sleep between sightseeing. The garden element gives you a bit of green space, which honestly felt like a luxury after walking Milan’s busy streets all day.

  Everything was great! Apartment is very big, comfortable, we had 2 bedroom and sofa in the livingroom for 5 of us. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We came by car and had the garage, wich is good.
  Location is good, because the train and bus stop are 5min. walking from aprtment. Also the supermarket is close to the apartment.

  Great place, spotless, spacious, and great communication with the owners. They were helpful and responsive and friendly, thanks to Carlo. The extra sofa bed is definitely a plus in addition to the full kitchen supplies and complementary coffee. It was delicious, by the way. The place is very safe. I loved the free parking space, very secure as well. Highly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: The place lacks a toilet water sprayer, which would add a lot of convenience. I hope they install it for next time.
  Also, it is required to leave the keys inside, which makes it hard to leave since you will need the keys to do so 😅.

  We were very pleased with our stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant visit. A big plus is the private parking. There is convenient transport to Milan city center, and a grocery store nearby. Everything was wonderful – we highly recommend it!

  This apartment is truly excellent for families. It’s modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The underground parking is a huge plus—very secure and convenient.
  
  The building has a great security system, a lovely children’s play area, and a large supermarket just a short walk away.
  
  The host was professional, responsive, and very helpful with every question we had.
  
  If you’re driving, the location is perfect—you can easily reach everywhere by car. However, if you don’t have a car, getting around may be a bit of a challenge.
  
  What could be improved: One small recommendation: If you value privacy, request a unit without neighbors next to your balcony, as it can feel a bit exposed.
