  L’appartement est juste à côté de la gare donc très pratique, des restaurants à côté et des boutiques.
  Pas très loin du centre ville en transport parfait pour visiter. L’hôte est sympa et répond vite aux messages.

  Ottima posizione, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Centrale. Bagno e cucina piuttosto nuovi. Monolocale adeguato per una coppia che si ferma solo di passaggio. Comunicazione con l’host molto veloce ed efficace, seppure solo per via testuale (non rispondono al telefono).

I servizi principali sono stati puliti, ma abbiamo trovato piatti e posate con macchie/incrostazioni probabilmente dei precedenti visitatori. Il riscaldamento non è regolabile (solo ON/OFF). Vengono fornite le capsule per il caffè, ma non sono compatibili con la macchinetta… (mi sembra veramente assurdo)

  The room gives a welcoming atmosphere and we had a pleasant time during our stay. The host was also responsive and attentive when I informed about a broken chair.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was not comfortable enough with foldable bed frame and the mattress was too soft. This is where the host can improve with overall experience.

  – une chaise hyperinstable et dangereuse, manque deux boulons et les deux autres mal fixés.

  – aucune notice pour chauffage, climatisation, four à micro-ondes, téléviseur.
  – pas de cloche de protection des plats à réchauffer dans le micro-ondes.
  – qualité moyenne du couchage (canapé convertible déjà ouvert, nous n'avons pas essayé de le fermer pour ne pas avoir de surprise)

  Il est regrettable que vous n'ayez pas réagi à nos demandes concernant la couverture et les chaises.
  Cet appartement étant bien situé,  il serait dommage de le laisser se dégrader.

  Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, el apartamento tiene lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, aunque hace un poco de ruido. Tuvimos también algún día más fresco y usamos el radiador de al lado de la ca. A y también funcionaba bien.
  
  What could be improved: La ducha no desaguaba bien y se acumulaba un poco el agua. Estaría bien que hubiese una manta y las almohadas que están en el armario, no tenían funda. El sofá cama tenía un colchón muy fino.

  This studio apartment is nicely presented and clean. It was conveniently situated for the central station and metro.
  
  What could be improved: There is an adjoining locked door which I thought was a cordoned off bedroom. It became clear when we returned in the evening that there were people in the next room which we could hear and see light from under the door. This made us feel uncomfortable. No mention had been made of this in the information provided. There isn't a dishwasher and the washing machine is not in the apartment but along the corridor in a different room, not convenient for use. Both of the chairs were broken, and the shower flooded, which the managing company offered to fix but we didn't want the inconvenience and made do. The heavy duty lock on the main door made us question the area we were staying in, especially as the adjoining door had a simple mortice lock. I felt the management company were passive aggressive in response to mentioning the adjoining door and feeling uncomfortable.
  The sofa bed was fine for a couple of days but proper beds would have been much better. No discount was offered to compensate for the issues. We wouldn't rebook.
