  The space is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. There are several supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The host was always quick to reply and very helpful.

  Location, location, location! Just a walk to the canals and many good restaurants. Tram to Duomo right at the door. Lovely neighbourhood with cafes supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Nice apartment with air conditioning and lift available.
  
  What could be improved: Didn’t like the check in procedure. Host tried to contact us through WhatsApp with a link to open front gate but as we were having phone issues this was not successful. Alternative really needs to be looked at.

  Host communicated with us while we struggled to get in and was always available. Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, very very clean apartment with nice kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. Great grocery store just around the corner and just off a major shopping street and tram line. Perfect location for us to visit our daughter studying at Bocconi University. Bedroom was nice and large with room for suitcases. Nice big closet with hangers in the hallway and provided converters for plug-in needs. Everything seemed brand new and the windows did a great job of keeping city noises out.
  
  What could be improved: We were sent separate messages with the door pin, lock box code, and a link to follow for directions in different locations (on booking.com and on WhatsApp). It was very confusing. We had to keep going back and forth between the messages to try to understand. When traveling it needs to be simple and succinct all in one message in one place. Also, because of the great location in a busy, happening area, there is plenty of city noise, doors slamming, cars honking, etc so we were not able to leave the windows open for fresh air. This is standard for a city location and it was fine, but good to know if one is sensitive to city noises…but if you keep the windows closed, you will not hear them.

  The apartment's interior is impressive. It is spacious and clean. The mattress is comfortable including pillows and blankets. We had everything we needed. The host was accessible and respond to our questions/requests right away.
  
  What could be improved: We don't know why our water heater turned off the first night. My boyfriend was able to shower using the hot water but I showered using cold water in the winter. We didn't know that there was a switch in the kitchen that we accidentally turned off. There were no paper towels in the kitchen and limited supply of bathroom tissue/toilet paper. I guess, the cleaner forgot to refill them.

  The place is very neat, the bed is comfortable and the pillows neck friendly. It is in a great location, quiet at night, but with bistros, supermarkets and cafes nearby. It has all the necessary equipment to cook literally everything! Overall, wonderful place!
