  It was clean and the location is not bad. The bed is really good and comfy.
  
  What could be improved: – When we arrived there was no one at the reception. We knocked and rang the bell – nothing. Then we called the number and the guy told us the code for the door and our key was in the keyhole in the door to our room. The guy said "please don't bother the reception". I think it's quite inconvenient, because if people a) don't speak english, b) have no connection or not wifi – there will be no way at all for them to go in. Extremely inconvenient and also potentially will result in an awful and stressful experience for some.
  
  – the room was at all not the one we booked and didn't correspond to the pictures. I mean, it was nice, but it was not what we booked.
  
  – the guy responsible sent the instructions about how to get in 3-4 hours after we actually got in, which was of course useless, so i didn't read them. and on the last page apparently there was information that we were supposed to sent our passport pictures to him, so that he could register us at the police station. On the same day. I read this info only the next day when we were leaving. No one asked anything, no one called and no on checked if we really did that, so no one cared.
  
  – the city tax we were supposed to leave in cash on the table, since this information was not clearly communicated to us in advance it is a miracle that we had this cash and we able to leave this money on the table.
  
  To sum up: communication is very poor and if you don't have connection/don't speak english, you will face a lot of problems for sure
