  Nothing, the apartment was average—neither particularly clean nor bad, but definitely nothing I would recommend as an exceptional place to stay. The location was also below expectations.
  
  What could be improved: The biggest issue I had was with the deposit policy and the city tax charges. The deposit was 350 euros, which was more than the cost of the stay itself. What concerns me the most is that I still haven't received the deposit back, and I'm starting to doubt the seriousness of this accommodation. Additionally, I was charged the city tax twice, which I find absolutely unacceptable.

  Great accommodation and location, close to the Sempione Park and Metro station. Quiet neighboorhood although not far from the very center. Safe place and environment.

  I liked thé location , the appartement itself, thé easy way to get the Keys IT was very clear. Everything is close to the appartement.

  Entering in a place cooled after a long way was perfect. A lovely place in a good location. Neighborhood is calm and easy to reach everywhere. There is a bus stop in front of the building and a 2 minutes distance tram. Very very close to castello sforzesca and a big parc of Milan. Thanks

  The apartment is perfect, very comfortable, great size and clean. The location is excellent, you can reach all tourist attractions by walking and it is 5 minutes walking to a subway station.
  
  What could be improved: The communication with the host was a little flawed, we had a bit a trouble when we arrived, but within one hour everything was sorted out and the host was very helpful and kind.

  Perfect Location & Neighbourhood, close to public transport and lots of great food places around! great room with all of the facilities needed for when you’re away from home! Comfortable bed and very spacious apartment.

I booked this apartment as I was travelling around Europe for 7 weeks and needed the washing machine, upon arrival & using the machine, there were dirty women’s underwear with a used menstrual pad in the washing machine so it hadn’t been checked or cleaned properly – was a bit let down by this as there’s no one there to get it out.
