  What could be improved: Despite confirming a 3pm check-in the apartment wasn’t ready until after 5pm as it hadn’t been cleaned. Not the best situation to be hanging around in the street with luggage and a 3 year old child waiting for the room to be cleaned when it was confirmed for a 3pm check-in.

  The location was great. The neighbourhood is lively, and a walkable distance from the Duomo, and the centre of Milan. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
  
  What could be improved: An armchair or sofa in the bedroom would have been nice. There was one in the photo of the apartment bedroom, but was not there. I had to sit on the bed. Although I didn't need it, I couldn't see a folder with details of how appliances worked, or recommendations for restaurants etc. The wardrobe was full of bedding, there was no space to hang my clothes.

  The communication with the person in charge was constant and he attended the following day to assist.
  
  What could be improved: The intercom was disconnected so we had to wait outside at night until another customer will go out and open the front door. We found the room was not cleaned, so we had to do it ourselves to be able to organise our stuff. No information on how to use the appliances, especially for the ones that are not used to the local plugging system. No air conditioning. No light in the room only from a few lamps. The bath shower screen needs changing.

  What could be improved: The apartment uses three pin electrical sockets. The owner had one adapter for their appliances (wifi, iron, coffee maker). It would be helpful to have enough per item so you don't spend your time having to unplug and not be able to use two things at a time. Also extra for guests with two pin items.
  During my stay there was scaffolding is covering the building with old plants.

  Beside the location, wich is great (next to restaurants, transportes and utilities), the house was very cosy, well decorated, with a lot of kitchen stuff to prepare meals or snacks, lot of towels and everything that make us feel confortable like home.
