  What could be improved: the electronic door lock/unlock system is a hit and miss. Getting inside the flat for the first time (using passwords, codes etc.) is a nightmare.

  Excellent location. Garage for car a bonus. Very quiet despite being next to the popular Navigli area. Very spacious rooms. Ample storage space. Landlady very responsive in general during arrival as access to property is somewhat trickier than I'm used to.
  
  What could be improved: Whole property could do with an update, a lot of the furniture is old and some is starting to fall apart. Bathroom needs modernising. Would have like some coffee and sugar available. Also we had to sort our child's bed which was undone. Better lighting is essential. Instructions on how to switch on heating would be good. Some general info on buses/trams/area and amenities would be useful.
