  Perfect location for exploring Milan. Great views from the balcony. Modern decor with comfortable bed, perfect size kitchen and bathroom. Minutes walk from transport links and plenty choice of reasonably priced restaurants. Excellent value for money.

  Property was clean, with the minimum amenities you’d expect.
  
  Being in Navigli you are close to the metro and tram and in a vibrant area.

  What could be improved: Unloved and in need of maintenance.

  Bedroom fan didn’t work
  Kettle is fire hazard
  Lounge window didn’t lock. (Only the shutter for security)
  
  Damaged patio door (bedroom) meaning we could not close fully and block out the noise from the bars and restaurants below.
  The area is busy and loud as you’d expect. So keep that in mind.
  
  The apartment is above a bar which had staff and customers drinking outside until 4am daily.
  
  The market traders will come around 5am (Saturday) setting up. Lots of hammering shouting and music played.
  
  But expect noise every night until the early hours from people walking up and down the canal area.
  It will spoil your trip.
  Appreciated that the noise from the area is what you get for staying on the canal side of Navigli,
  
  But the patio window (bedroom) is a real issue.
  
  Bathroom shower dated and needs an upgrade.
  
  People live in the apartments around you so take that into consideration, especially when they leave their washing by the apartment door . 😂

  Location excellent. Property layout also nice. The bed was pretty comfy. The property was cleaned well. The property was nicely warm.
  
  What could be improved: The door lock was fickle to unlock and lock. Some of the facilities didn't work – i.e. dishwasher, oven temperature knob, kettle broken (it turned on without being switched on once you plugged it in and would not switch off unless disconnected from the mains). Lacking utensils (only one mug, not many knives). The duvet cover didn't fasten on any side and was just wrapped over the duvet – bizarre. The host was unavailable when I reported these things and despite two unanswered calls and two Whatsapp messages he never came back to us at all.

  Great location, only 5-10 minute walk from all transport. Very comfortable apartment, well organised and equipped. Comfy bed, slept well. Wonderful view of canal. Vintage Flea Market at weekend was a bonus!!

  Location was top notch, in the middle of a tourist area, with the view of the canal. Metro station is almost 100 meters from the accommodation. Plenty of restaurants and facilities very near. The apartment itself has everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: Only thing that was missing (or i did not find it) was a pair of solid size plates, but bowls came in handy and were enough to eat a quick breakfast. Not a big deal, really.

Boiler was stitched off so no hot water but resolved with a phone call eventually , boiler leaking sent message but no reply so put a bowl underneath to catch water . shower cubicle and shower need updating .
