You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale, which means you can catch trains to anywhere in Italy without the hassle of navigating the metro with your luggage. Plus, you know what’s great? The area has really cleaned up over the years, and there are actually some solid local spots for dinner that tourists don’t usually find.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run four-star place — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Nothing groundbreaking, but everything worked properly, which is honestly more than you can say for some places. The beds are decent quality, and they’ve clearly invested in good blackout curtains (trust me, this matters when you’re dealing with jet lag). The bathroom was compact but efficient, with a shower that actually had proper water pressure.

What Sets It Apart

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to understand that most guests are either arriving from or heading to the train station. They’re genuinely helpful with directions and timing — not just the generic tourist information you get everywhere else. The lobby area is comfortable enough to sit and plan your day, and there’s a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to decompress after a long travel day. It’s not trying to be a destination hotel, and that’s actually refreshing.

  What could be improved: Contactamos el día que llegamos por Whatsapp con la persona que se encargaba del piso, por un problema en una hoja de la ventana del salón, que estaba trabada y no se podía ni abrir ni cerrar bien; también pedimos si era posible que nos facilitasen un juego de sábanas para el sofá cama (había una cama de matrimonio, pero ya especificamos que viajábamos dos compañeros de trabajo, y en la reserva pusimos camas separadas, pero no importaba, íbamos a usar el sofá cama, no había gran problema en ello). Nunca nos contestó nadie.
  
  
  Y finalmente, un día antes de dejar el piso, la ducha se atascó. Nosotros mismos arreglamos el desagüe, que estaba atascado, y que creo que es algo que deberían revisar, sobre todo si es una estancia de muchos días, como era nuestro caso (estuvimos 5 días en el alojamiento). También nos pareció insuficiente el material que dejaron para limpieza (una pastilla del lavavajillas y un sobre pequeño de detergente); no pudimos ni adecentar un poco la cocina porque no teníamos detergente.

  What could be improved: there were problems with check-in and we had to stand with luggage in front of closed doors; the check-in instructions obviously haven’t necessary information. The windows overlook a noisy street with a tram line. Water stagnated in the sink. There was not enough heating – it was cold.

  Comfy and modern apartment, very conveniently located just 1 minute walk away from Lima Metro Station , and also from the Corso Buenos Aires shopping district. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories and apartment was also well maintained and clean and served with an elevator , albeit an old model, as we were on the 2nd floor. Internet super fast and beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a spacious shower. They also accepted my request for an extra hour for checking out at no extra cost. Mr Rommi was easy to reach and responded immediately whenever I asked him something. It is my third time booking Easylife apartments in Milano and I must say that I was always happy with their service 😊
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great, only thing that needs improvement is some better signage to make it easier to find the place, as it was a bit complicated due to the fact that the apartment lies within a complex and there were no easylife signs whatsoever. I received detailed instructions how to access but doors were closed and when I rang the bell, as instructed in the email, no one responded. Had to call Mr Rommi who then opened up within a couple of minutes.

  Charming, newly renovated, and fully equipped apartment (Air conditioning included) in the heart of Milan. Very close to Milan’s central station and only few meters away from Lima metro station Buenos Aires.
  Perfect for a couple or a group of 3 people.
  
  What could be improved: The day we checked in, the bed sheets, towels, and pillow cases were full of hair. I contacted the manager the next day and they immediately apologized and sent the cleaning staff and changed the bed stuffing.
  Also, whenever we touched the shower faucet and our feet were on the ground, we experienced electric shocks.
  We had to open/close faucet using wooden/plastic items and had to avoid touching it at all times. I guess there’s an electric wiring problem which needs to be solved asap! I sent the manager a message the day we checked out.
  
  I’d definitely book this apartment again if the cleaning staff pays a little bit more attention to changing the sheets after every customer and electric wiring problem is solved. Apartment is charming and very convenient.
