  Location is good, near the metro station. Calme and safe. The appartement is nice, and clean. Confortable beds.
  
  What could be improved: For shower hot water, it comes very slowly.
  Too early checkout time 10am and not possible to leave luggages after checkout. The owner gave solution for paying deposit nearby but when we went there finally with our suitcases, thez refused this service:(.

  What could be improved: Estuvimos en verano, con 2 días de mucho calor, y aunque el apartamento decía que tenía aire acondicionado, no era tal. Era un pingüino que no enfriaba nada.

  Apartment in a central area, a few minutes from the metro. Quiet, quiet and safe area, elegant building. In the sleeping area, the beds are very comfortable and the wardrobe is large and spacious. In the living area, the kitchen is well equipped even for a longer stay. In the bathroom there is everything you need, and the shower is equipped with very large dispensers with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I really enjoyed my stay. The host was very responsive and kind, she immediately made herself completely available.

  What could be improved: Stay away from this property. The beds are broken (they are making noise), the mattresses are very used (u can not move because they are very old and used), the kettle and the coffee machine are practically useless because of the dirt inside, under the mattress there we hair and dirt, a socket in the bathroom was broken. We had typically had a 34 hour stay in the room, and we stayed only for two sleeps in there. We didn’t use the bathroom and we slept with our socks afraid to be bitten by bugs. While reported some of our disappointment to the “manager” of the property she started sending annoying and useless messages to us showing fake sympathy and offering us to pay the city tax. When we left the place she blackedmailed us that that she had cameras and that if we didn’t pay the tax she would blame us for a broken socket in the bathroom, which was already broken when we entered the place. There was no warning that there where cameras in there. Within our 34hour stay we received 39 annoying and pointless messages from the property manager, enough to ruin not only our stay but also our holiday at a hole. Be aware and keep out. I am not sure if she respects the GDPR policy and all these damages at electricity sockets could harm you.

  The property is very close to the Metro, and only 3 stops away from Duomo. There are several supermarkets and restaurants/bars around. The owners were very helpful and understanding of our demands and genuinely made us feel very welcomed there. The place was clean overall apart from some drinking glasses but we did bring our own slippers.
  
  What could be improved: There is no elevator and my mom had some trouble going up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Right next to the property there is another building being renovated so there is a lot of noise. We also avoided opening the window on that side because of the fear of dust blowing in. The door didn’t seem to shut completely off but it had a lock mechanism. Still, it was moving even when locked. My parents had a little hard time figuring out the shower controls because it was either too hot or too cold. Lastly, it was a little cold because it was raining but turning the heating on didn’t seem to make any difference overall but the flooring was warm in some areas.

  The owner is a very kind lady, my mom broke the beside lamp accidentally but the owner was very understanding. The apartment is really nice, there's a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge, anything needed for a stay. The location is also not bad, the metro station is quite close. The ceiling lamp/fan is remote controlled, however it can be turned off physically too (using the light switch) so be sure to check that it's turned on before you try to turn on with the remote (I learned it the hard way lol). The WiFi was exceptionally good. I wouldn't recommend sleeping on the couch in the living room but the beds in the bedroom are good.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was the only thing I disliked, it's cold, I guess the capacity of the boiler is quite limited. I feel like there was also an issue with the extension cord in the bedroom, it appeared to me that it's too loose and my mom had an issue with charging her phone there, I tried it too and I experienced the same, so it's better to use the socket in the wall to be on the safe side.
