Exclusive 3 bedrooms apartment in Brera Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Exclusive 3 bedrooms apartment in Brera, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere special” feeling. The building on Via Solferino has this classic Milanese charm — you know, the kind with those beautiful old facades that make you slow down just to admire the architecture. It’s a three-star place, but honestly, the location does most of the heavy lifting here.
The Brera Advantage
Being right in Brera means you’re literally in the heart of Milan’s most artistic neighborhood. I mean, you can walk to the Pinacoteca di Brera in about three minutes, and the cobblestone streets around here are lined with galleries, wine bars, and those tiny boutiques that locals actually shop at. The Navigli district is just a pleasant stroll away when you want dinner by the canals, and honestly — getting to the Duomo takes maybe fifteen minutes on foot.
The Space Itself
The apartment really lives up to its name with three proper bedrooms, which is pretty rare to find in central Milan. Each room has decent space and the beds are comfortable enough, though don’t expect designer furniture or anything too fancy. The kitchen is actually functional — I was able to make proper coffee in the morning and even cooked a simple dinner one night with ingredients from the market on Via Brera.
Neighborhood Life
What I love about staying here is how you slip into the rhythm of Brera life. There’s a little bakery just around the corner where the owner remembers your order after two days, and the aperitivo scene on this street is genuinely good. You’ll hear Italian conversations drifting from terraces in the evening, and there’s something really satisfying about grocery shopping at the local markets instead of hunting for tourist restaurants. The area gets lively but not rowdy — it’s more sophisticated Milan than party central.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to win any design awards, and the 7.5 rating reflects that it’s solid rather than spectacular. But what you’re really paying for is the address and the space. Three bedrooms in Brera at this price point is actually pretty good value, especially if you’re traveling with friends or family. The building has character, the neighborhood is unbeatable, and you’ll find yourself taking the long way home just to soak up more of the atmosphere. Sometimes that’s exactly what a Milan stay should be about.

Reviews of Exclusive 3 bedrooms apartment in Brera
Very good – Maria from Greece – 1 September 2025 (8/10)
Nice apartment in very good area
What could be improved: No air conditioning in the 2 bedroomsPlenty of space to spread out and cool off from the very hot days we toured Milan! Lots nearby too. – Jen from Canada – 22 August 2025 (8/10)
The hosts had sent us all information we needed to get into the building as well as the apartment using codes. We did not need to wait for someone to meet or have to go to another location to pick up or drop off keys. There was a small lift which helped the day we arrived and left with the bags. The washing machine was a welcome addition as we had come from another city and appreciated being able to wash a few items. No dryer, but there is a drying rack and that was great for us. Second bathroom is small, so we didn't shower there, but handy to have a second toilet with a family of 5. Nice to have a full size kitchen and having English channels on the tv was great for night time. We were able to walk to everything! A good location. The walk to the train station wasn't as easy with luggage in the heat, but a great location for everything else we needed or wanted to see. Not too noisy an area either. The second bathroom is very small, not suitable for larger people. The host left little vanity packages of soap, shampoo etc. which were a nice touch.
What could be improved: As some have mentioned, the door was very hard to open. Unfortunately the link to watch a helpful video that was sent with the codes but the video link did not work. So upon arrival being very hot it was a bit frustrating to figure out the door. My husband and daughter googled it and figured it out eventually. We messaged the hosts and they responded very quickly though. Unfortunately it's not really something you can explain easily. No power in a nice apartment. Lack of willingness to fix it – Jessica from United Kingdom – 9 August 2025 (1/10)
The property we is very nice & has limited kitchen utensils to cook with. The main problem was the constant power cuts & the unwillingness of the property manager to fix it

Beautiful location, close to facilities including supermarket and metro station
What could be improved: A bit run down and not terribly clean. Second bedroom was unclean. Unfortunately bed bugs seen in all 3 beds. Kids bitten all over. Owner notified.Nice apartment close to many attractions. – Kelly from Sweden – 19 July 2024 (8/10)
Great location. Beautiful rustic traditional Italian apartment. Plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful host. Fantastic coffee place right below.
What could be improved: Some of the power plugs in the room was not working, unfortunately one of the rooms was quite hot despite host bringing us a fan. Water pressure in shower was quite low. However more pros than cons would definitely recommend.Good value for money. – Pinky from United Kingdom – 24 June 2024 (5/10)
Good location, spacious, clean.
What could be improved: A lot of the appliances didn’t work. Hairdryer made a loud roaring noise when first used then stopped working after 30 secs.
Half the lamps didn’t work.
Half the sockets did not work.
Air condition was awful – didn’t work in the bedroom. The one in the living room did not keep the room cool enough – seems outdated.
Lighting is awful. If you’re looking for dim lighting then this will be good for you.
No safe in the apartment.Excellent Quality/Price value – Denis from Ecuador – 15 April 2024 (9/10)
It’s super well located and comfortable
What could be improved: We had an issue with hot water the first day but it was solvedGenerally I got what I excepted, Old apartment with it's style. good value for the money. – David from Georgia – 18 March 2024 (8/10)
Great location, Big apartment.
What could be improved: It was too cold.
There were no locks on the bathroom doors.
