  O apartamento é muito bem localizado, apartamento novo e bem cuidado. Limpeza excelente. Quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Dois banheiros (apenas um com chuveiro). Garagem disponível daquelas que são individuais dentro de um portão. Anfitrião muito educado e solícito. Voltarei com certeza. (Nas fotos há bagunça pois só fotografei na hora do check out, mas estava perfeito quando chegamos).

  second thing the window shatters not working so light from outside very shiny which make the bedroom extremely exposed to other buildings

  The property is located within 1.4 kilometres from Duomo Di Milano (about 20 minutes walk). The host was very nice and provided detailed videos on how to access and use the apartment and the parking spot. But that is pretty much all that is good about the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Although centrally located, a tram line goes on the street in front of the building and with trams running all night, one can find it very difficult to sleep or twice as the entire building vibrates when trams pass by.
  Related to the apartment itself, although it was clean and comfortable, the blinds did not work in one of the bedrooms and the livingroom. Furthermore, due to some technical issues we had no hot water and the lights did not work in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen/ common area.
  The property has a garage but it can only accommodate small cars.
