The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from that local market I mentioned, though I’ll be honest, I mostly used it for morning coffee and late-night snacks.

Practical Details That Matter

What really works here is how they’ve thought about the small stuff. There’s decent WiFi throughout, the shower has proper water pressure, and — this might sound silly — but the windows actually block out street noise. The room layout makes sense too; you’re not constantly bumping into furniture or trying to open a suitcase in some tiny corner. I appreciated having space to spread out after days of walking around the city.

  What could be improved: Le tramway est tellement proche que cela fait du bruit lorsqu’il passe, pour stationner en voiture les places dans la rue sont souvent prises

  Precio muy alto para lo que ofrece y amplitud, ubicación aceptable si tienes coche, hay bastante espacio para parques aunque me genera dudas sobre la seguridad del lugar, buen surtido de café y papel higiénico
  
  What could be improved: El tren pasa y pasa, y si !! Suena bastante, así que si eres de sueño sensible no lo recomiendo, todas las puertas están muy viejas y ya dañadas, los colchones ya están muy hundidos, si te gustan las hamacas están perfecto, la placa de inducción estaba como configurada a un fuego súper bajo e imposible de subir, no sé si era un problema eléctrico, también pocos elementos de cocina entonces complicado cocinar que es un objetivo de quedarse en una casa amplia, tienen WhatsApp para poder acceder a consultas y solucionar problemas

  The apartment was beautiful and we appreciated the air conditioning, especially during the heat wave. Management was quickly responsive when we had questions or problems.
  
  What could be improved: We couldn’t find too many restaurants in walking distance. The trolley trolley was located right next to the building; however, we weren’t adventurous enough to try it on this trip.

  A szobák elosztása, két háló két fürdő, nappaliból való kilátás a pálmafákon szaladgáló mókusokkal nagyon hangulatos volt. A szállás lokalizációja jó, tömegközlekedési eszközök közelében, a dóm 35 perc villamossal, gyorsvonattal 15 perc a belvárosi nevezetességek. Boltok, éttermek pár perc séta távolságra.
  
  What could be improved: Az ágytakarók tisztasága hagy némi kívánni valót maga után, a kanapé kárpitja már elég viseltes és piszkos volt. Ezt az extra takarítási díj miatt, amit felszámolt a szállás eléggé nehezményeztük. Wc papír 5 főre fél-fél tekercs volt bekészítve 4 napra, azt is magunknak kellett pótolni.

  The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bathrooms are stylish, and the kitchen is both large and well-equipped. Tram 19 stops right outside, providing direct access to the city center. Additionally, there is a train station nearby that takes you directly to the airport without needing to go through the city center. The garden is lovely, with charming squirrels adding a delightful touch. Finally, there is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the dishes were still dirty from previous guests, which was disappointing. The mattresses on the single beds were not very comfortable, though they might be suitable for small children. Additionally, there were not enough blankets provided. Note that there are no restaurants in the neighborhood.

  The apartment is nice, well equipped, and clean. There were everything that were needed.
  
  What could be improved: It is more than 40 minutes with train far from the City Center. The costs structure is quite complicated: you have to pay for clean linen and cleaned apartment (in my case 120 euro) – you pay it just to find clean apartment with clean towels and they don’t clean during your stay. On top of this you pay 30 euro insurance which is not refundable. If you want your money back you should pay another 270 euro, so they will give you back after your stay 300 euro. I think that this is not a good practice for many reasons but the most important one is it is not clear what you should pay when you make the booking.

  Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Villapizzione, sehr gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt auch per Tram. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, Restaurants ebenso.
  Wohnung ist mit Küche und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Nachbarschaft ist OK.
  
  What could be improved: Die gute Verkehrsanbindung bringt natürlich auch Nachteile mit sich, entsprechend keine ruhige Lage wegen Tram.
  Der Vermieter weist zu Recht darauf hin, dass Parken in der Umgebung schwierig ist, aber das dürfte für die meisten Lagen in Mailand gelten. Vorteile überwiegen klar.
