  location fantastic, , welcome drink and chocolates/macaroons in room a lovely treat, plenty of bottles of still and sparkling water supplied and replenished which was great and free mini bar good to have, staff welcoming, friendly and helpful, spotlessly clean, room had everything we needed and quirky art around the hotel interesting.
  
  What could be improved: We ate in the restaurant one evening, lovely wine included with the three course meal , but unfortunately the food was warm not hot, nice lobster spaghetti though and the speciality olives were a real treat!
  A little surprise to see additional payments required for specials at breakfast, but to be fair the buffet offerings were fresh, tasty and plentiful.

  Well it is with in the Galleria building, if you got the room with small balcony it will give you the views. Staff of the concierge’s are so helpful

  The hotel is really well located and well decorated
