  Cleanness, specious, close proximity to metro.
  
  What could be improved: Construction across the street wakes you up at 6 am. Noise from outside carries inside through the night. Lacking minimalistic things like cattle for tea, no washer detergent left for at least one load of clothes, no paper towel or any other towel to wipe when something was spilled.

  The appartement is very good, it has everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: The communication with the hostess could be better. There was a very strange loud sound in the appartment, repeating every 20-30 seconds, during random moments and could last for hours. It turned out to be caused by something in the hall of the appartment, something electric? However, this troubled our sleep a lot ofc. There was little communication from the hostess and no solution was given.
