  The apartment was very clean and surprisingly very spacious. It exceeded my expectations and had everything we needed. The host messaged us the morning of our arrival to let us know all the access information which was very easy to follow
  
  What could be improved: The mattresses were a little uncomfortable but not too bad and there was a dog somewhere close in the building that barked a lot but that couldn’t be helped. Other than that it was perfect!

  It was more spacious than we imagined. And very clean.
  
  What could be improved: The host was unresponsive on the day of arrival. We were supposed to receive self check in details in the morning but it wasn’t until after the check in time and after I had called him that he finally sent over instructions. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

  What could be improved: The only bad thing is communication. We did not know any details about check-in until 1 hour before our arrival. We had to call hosts few times and they did not answer the calls. It was really irresponsible from them.

  Location is great, only short walk to the Duomo, supermarket is 2 mins away , it was great to find a washing machine, cutlery and all tableware.

Although it had some basic things like shampoo and dishwashing detergent, it was missing nicer touches like salt or pepper. Basic things that we left there and would be noce to leave them for the next person.
