  The location is fantastic! Walking distance to the duomo and many shops/restaurants. Beds were comfortable and there was complimentary juice for the kids and water. My kids also loved that the seats from Teatro alla Scala were in the room and that the TV was humongous for family movie night in:)

  The hosts were so friendly and helpful when checking in and out. They gladly set up private taxi for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). When our flight was delayed, they easily rescheduled our taxi pick up. The apartment is well decorated and the drinks and snacks were appreciated. We only stayed for 2 days so the space was enough for us.

  Location was excellent. It was central to everything. We went to see the opera at Teatro alla Scala and it was mere 7-9 minute walk. We also had dinner at the restaurant right outside our apartment called Langosteria, Milan. Their lobster pasta was delicious! The weather was so HOT (in the 90s with humidity) when we were there and we struggled a little with how to work the AC but once we did, it was great. The temperature in the room with all the beds were cooler than out in the living room area. Apartment was just as pictured.
  
  What could be improved: The couch in the living room had a few dirty spots but we did not really use the couch so it was fine by us. The elevators were super small but once you get use to it, it's fine.

  The location was amazing and the apartment was very nicely styled. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay lovely. There was even a beautiful Christmas tree set up in our apartment. Check-in experience was very easy and very clearly communicated. A wonderful place to stay!
