  What could be improved: Only 1 light in the bedroom which is a desk lamp and not sufficient to light the whole room. Noted that decor is subjective but the photo frames were practically falling off and gives a very bad uneasy feeling of an abandoned house. We walked barefoot in the apartment and the sole of our feet turned black! We stayed for 4 nights but the soap provided was just 2 small sachets and only 1 set of towels each. No dishwashing liquid provided.

  The Italianway Caretto staff were very friendly, helpful snd prompt in their responses. Very clear communication on how to access the property was provided that helped a lot as we arrived st 2am in the night.
  
  What could be improved: We would have appreciated if the property kept some:

  Pepper

  Ketchup for late arrivees like us.

  The staff were excellent, the lady was super helpful, I would rate the staff 5/5 for being there to help.
  However, as I have to be fair, I am scoring the overall experience with this booking, I liked the following:
  1) Close to the station, about 5 minutes walk, this was great
  2) Air-Conditioned, great
  3) Good size master bedroom,
  4) Ok (not fantastic) secondary room where my boys stayed.
  5) Hot Cylinder is large enough to have a shower without worrying about hot water running out in the middle.
  6) Cooking with kitchen tools are all there to make meals.
  
  Overall, I think the staff did the best to look after us, and for that I would be more than happy to re-visit the property again if we ever travel to the place again.
  
  What could be improved: 1) Getting into the property first time was an absolute nightmare, I was given instructions to go into the 3rd floor, enter my digital key however doing so I was surprised to see no keypad available, took about 45 minutes after calling the agent who called me back with a video call to discover that I was in the wrong section,… what I was not happy about is good signage to tell where to go once you enter the main gate, wasted about an hour from our time when it was a very hot day.
  2) The Kitchen Hob was very difficult to workout, it seems the person renting before me did "lock" the system preventing any cooking to work, I spent about 30 minutes working out a way to get it released, managed to do that in the end. No instructions provided to get this sorted out by default.
  3) Although the primary bedroom was nice, however the secondary one where my kids slept had no door and was in the middle of the living room opposite the sofas.
  4) The hot water cylinder occupied a complete cupboard unit which was not something pleasant to see. I actually felt it was scary.
  5) The kitchen state was ok, could have been a little better.
