Let me be real about a few things — parking in this part of Milan can be tricky, so if you’re driving, plan accordingly. The area gets a bit quiet in the evenings, which I actually liked, but if you’re looking for non-stop nightlife right outside your door, this might not be your spot.

  The flat is nice and functional, very central, good neighbourhood, well connected with metro and bus.
  
  What could be improved: The heating system was not well working. Even at maximum, the temperature in the flat remained just warm. Even the water temperature in the shower, was not really hot, and by the way not high pressure. That's a pity because the bathroom is nice but finally not really satisfying. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. No shampoo bottle in the shower, just a few small samples of shower gel and a tiny soap for one-shot use. No coffee pads or tea bags.. nothing, nothing, nothing. I travel a lot for work and normally well noted (not cheap) apartments distinguish themselves for those kind of little details. I believe they could have provided a better experience with a very low effort.

  It was clean and quiet. Very nice little apartment
  
  What could be improved: We had to get the keys from a post on a street 2 blocks away. Then there was no clear direction on how to get to the building after opening the gate. There were 4 buildings and the only way we got to our room is because there was a lady who showed us which building is doing bookings. Then we had to go floor by floor to search for the room.

  The location of the apartment is perfect, just few minutes away from the metro station. The apartment is in a nice neibourghood, it’s tidy and has everything you would need for a few days stay.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we had a problem with was the airconditioning. We were staying there in August, with everyday temperature above 30 degrees C. The aircondition could not cool down the apartment, so it was a bit unpleasent during the night.

  Appartamentino molto carino, ben arredato e completo di tutto! Posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla metro e a moltissimi locali. Silenzioso e confortevole. La quota delle spese di pulizia incide sul prezzo finale ma la struttura era veramente pulita!
