You’re about a 15-minute metro ride from the Duomo, but more importantly, you’re in a real neighborhood where locals live and work. There’s a Carrefour just down the street — I mean, when you’re staying in an apartment-style place, having a proper grocery store nearby makes all the difference.

The Pasteur metro station is your lifeline here, and it’s walkable from the hotel. From there, you can reach Centrale station in maybe 10 minutes, which is perfect if you’re doing day trips or arriving by train. The area comes alive in the evenings with aperitivo spots that tourists haven’t discovered yet.

The Apartment Experience

What you get here is essentially a furnished studio with everything you need for a longer stay. The kitchenette is compact but functional — perfect for morning coffee and simple meals. I actually appreciated having a proper fridge and the ability to store leftovers from Milan’s incredible restaurant scene nearby.

The room setup is smart for the space they’re working with. It’s not huge, but there’s enough storage and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is modern and the shower has decent pressure, which honestly can be hit-or-miss in older Milanese buildings. You’ll find the WiFi reliable, which matters when you’re planning your days around the city.

This part of Milan feels authentically local — you’ll hear more Italian than English on the streets, which I love. Morning walks reveal neighborhood cafes where you can grab a proper espresso and cornetto without the markup you’d pay near the cathedral. There’s a park nearby where families gather in the evenings, and the whole area has this lived-in quality that makes you feel less like a tourist.

The building itself is quiet enough for good sleep, though you’re on a main road so some street noise is inevitable. If you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs — but honestly, the sounds of Milan become part of the experience after a day or two.

You won’t find a concierge or daily housekeeping, but you will find parking options nearby (though I’d recommend using public transport).   Very convenient location. Answers to questions came quite quickly. For a short stay there is almost everything you need. Overall satisfied. We didn't see the staff.
  
  What could be improved: The registration with the need to insert a photo of your document was alarming.But everything went well. The drain in the shower did not work properly. Water was leaking from the iron. We were unable to use it properly

  What could be improved: no heat, only AC that doesn’t handle cold weather, also the air inside is dry after few hours with the AC on, just a small soap and two shampoo envelopes for two people for 4 nights and no towel exchange, the couch was stained, little dust here and there

  It is in a lovely location as we felt safe as two girls there, a few second walk from the metro station and shops. It is also close enough to the Duomo center.
  There was a restaurant right next door ‘Vintage Ristorante’ that was a 1000/10!!! Highly highly recommend; amazing pizzas, pastas and the best staff.
  The apartment is nice, modern and clean. There was a microwave, kettle, a small stove, cutlery in the kitchen and even a washing machine in the bathroom.
  Regarding how to get in and everything else about the apartment was clearly explained in an email sent on the day after 3pm. But we did not meet the host personally.
  The WiFi was also really fast and quality.
  
  Overall it was a lovely choice to stay and would really recommend to anyone even for solo travel.
  
  What could be improved: The smell of the toilet was very unpleasant so something should be done about that.
  
  Dishwashing liquid and a hand towel from the kitchen was missing, it would have been nice to have.

  The style of and design was nice. The building was beautiful. It has the metro station one minute from entrance. The room was clean.
  
  What could be improved: The road was a bit noisy. Cars and motos draging and when metro train passes you hear a noise from the ground. It needs some more accesories at the rum such as slippers and washing lotions.

  Easily accessible, very close to the metro and well presented upon arrival! The staff were so lovely and left us a little present for our anniversary, thank you ☺️

  The location is excellent, the metro is close, cafes and shops are nearby. The stay was excellent and we visited the sights on foot or by metro.
  
  What could be improved: The organization of accommodation is very complicated. Make the reservation exclusively in person and allow yourself internet at all times. Otherwise, it's complicated and you'll end up in the police if you don't check your information online. However, you cannot do that while you are still in your country, they limit you by the hour so that the code to enter the apartment is not misused.

  What could be improved: It was so hard to find the apartment (not exactly the map they provided to us) and the curtain was see-through, have light into the room all night.

  The location was very nice. The decor was nice and the space was pleasant. The place was peaceful and silent at night.
  
  What could be improved: I couldn't work with the electric stove. I believe it was damaged. The apartment had a tobacco smell that didn't completely disappear even after we left the windows open to air it out.
