  Location that was absolutely fantastic, style of the apartment (photos are showing the actual place), functionality.
  
  What could be improved: Unspecified late check in fee; we knew it would be applied but nowhere during the booking process does it specify the actual amount which is steep. The amount is only revealed once the booking is made.
  
  No extra towels and bedding for the sofa were prepared. We tried calling the property management company but were told it’s too late to do anything (10pm). Next morning we received the message that the extra bedding and towels are kept in a washing machine closet. They were, placed in a white woven bag – unmarked and not a very obvious location.

  What could be improved: Am așteptat mai bine de o ora sa intram in apartament(trebuia sa ne dea cheia un angajat) si după câteva mesaje si doua apeluri am primit un cod … cod pe care puteam sa l primim înainte de check in, nu sa stam cu un copil în fata blocului așteptând "angajatul". Aerul condiționat abia a făcut fața! Nu exista hota, ți e frica sa parpolesti mancarea mai tare 😝

  What could be improved: We stayed for five nights, and every night we struggled to sleep because the air conditioning kept turning off after about 10 minutes. This happened multiple times each night (5–6 times), and there was only one remote for both AC units. After contacting the number provided at check-in, we were told to check the control panel, but it was locked with a password and set to keep the home at 27- 30°C. When I tried to reach them again for help, there was no answer
  
  When I contacted the property, they claimed AC wasn’t included in the apartment’s facilities — even though it’s clearly listed on Booking.com. I even sent photos from the listing to prove it. They said they would investigate, but I received no feedback until after checkout, when I only got an apology.
  
  I understand this might be to reduce electricity costs, but I would have preferred to be given the choice to pay extra rather than be forced to sleep without proper air conditioning.
  
  There were also other problems: only one small bowl for four people, and repeated requests for more plates went unanswered. I also asked for extra pillows — each bed had only two, which is fine for one person, but for more comfort, extra pillows should be provided.
