Landscape Flats Overview
First Impressions
Landscape Flats sits on Via Vincenzo Monti in a way that feels refreshingly honest — it’s not trying to be something it’s not. This three-star property knows exactly what it offers, and honestly, that clarity is part of its charm. The building itself has that solid Milanese residential feel, which makes sense since you’re essentially staying in well-appointed apartments rather than traditional hotel rooms.
The Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about this spot in Milan — you’re close enough to everything that matters without being stuck in the tourist chaos. Via Vincenzo Monti puts you in a real neighborhood where locals actually live and work. You can walk to Porta Garibaldi in about fifteen minutes, and the metro connections are solid if you want to hit the Duomo or navigate around the city. There’s this great little bakery just two blocks down that I stumbled upon during my morning walks.
The Space
Each apartment here feels like borrowing a friend’s place — which is exactly what you want sometimes. The kitchenette actually works (I made coffee every morning and even attempted some pasta one evening), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The furnishings are modern but not trying too hard, and I mean that as a compliment. Everything felt clean and functional, though don’t expect designer touches everywhere.
What Really Works
The staff deserves a mention here — they’re helpful without hovering, which strikes the right balance when you’re staying somewhere that’s part apartment, part hotel. There’s no fancy restaurant on-site, but honestly, you don’t need one in this neighborhood. The local dining scene is fantastic, and having that kitchenette means you can grab fresh ingredients from the nearby market if you’re feeling domestic.
Why Guests Love It
That 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. Landscape Flats delivers exactly what it promises — comfortable, practical accommodation in a genuine Milanese setting. It’s not about marble lobbies or turn-down service; it’s about having a proper base in the city that doesn’t break the bank. You know what really sold me? The fact that I felt like I was staying in Milan, not just visiting it. There’s something to be said for that kind of authentic experience, especially when everything else about your stay just works smoothly.
Savvy travelers reserve a hotel in Milan before spring brings wisteria blooms, design installations, and warm evening breezes.

Reviews of Landscape Flats
Exceptional – Gogaladze from Georgia – 3 December 2025 (10/10)
I like the flat, comfortable, clean, warm… we had little kitchen with everything, bathroom, towels, bedroom…
I miss this flat.Perfect for four people. Very clean. Very comfortable! Huge shower! Comfy beds/sofa! – Elizabete from Latvia – 20 November 2025 (9/10)
We loved how clean this spot was. It had everything we needed for 4 ladies, for 2 nights in Milan. We were happy with its location and enjoyed our time there. The sofa bed was the best I have ever slept on 🙂
What could be improved: It was complicated to find the first time. The instructions were a bit overwhelming in their length. A shorter version with steps/points would have been helpful 🙂A wonder experience with great host communication – Michael from United States – 9 November 2025 (9/10)
Location and easy public transportation.
What could be improved: Too few coffee pods :-}Superb – Alena from Czech Republic – 3 November 2025 (9/10)
Everything, location
What could be improved: Providing a sharp knife and dish towel in the kitchen would be goodA well kept apartment on a shady street – Michael from United States – 24 October 2025 (9/10)
Very comfortable and well located to public transportation.
What could be improved: NothingGreat stay, great host, would recommend +++ – Francesca from United Kingdom – 4 October 2025 (10/10)
Property was very clean, the bathroom has recently been modernised. It felt very secure, there’s a few doors to get through to reach the apartment but there was very clear instructions with photos to make check in easy. Great location lots of little bars and cafes close by. A short walk into Duomo.
The host was fantastic, really helpful and responded to my queries straight away. We was travelling with a baby and they were very accommodating. There’s black out blind too which helps with a baby. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you’re travelling as a family or with friends.
What could be improved: There was no kettle, only a coffee machine with pods provided but as I was travelling with a newborn I take my own travel kettle so wasn’t a problem.Perfetto 👌🏼 – Majdi from United Arab Emirates – 8 August 2025 (10/10)
The apartment was perfect in every way — the location couldn’t be better, the room was spotless, and it was very spacious and comfortable. Everything inside was just as described, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
What could be improved: The only challenge was the check-in process, which felt a bit like a quest. We were lucky to meet a kind lady in the building who helped us understand the instructions and open the multiple doors needed to access the apartment.
Aside from that, everything else was absolutely perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.Exceptional – Silvi from Armenia – 18 July 2025 (10/10)

Location is very good, however the apartment is very well decorated, clean, really well done!
