  The room was quite good and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was good with walk in shower. The staff made us feel like at home and attended to all our needs. Selfo, Vanessa. Manuela, Alice and the wonderful waitress in the restaurant made a good accommodation very nice. The location is very good , close to a wonderful park, many restaurants, Pinoteca di Brera, La Scala and Duomo.
  
  What could be improved: There was no safe deposit box and the elevator is not easily accessible. Emergency exit should be markt more clearly down the elevator shaft stairs and please make sure that all doors on that route are easy to open.

  Loved the location, very close to the park, the Duomo, historical locations, etc. Also very close to subway stations that connect with other attractions. In general very easy to get to. The room itself was very good, very well decorated, the bed was very comfortable. Getting in and out of the room is super easy – this is done through the cafe downstairs when it is open or through a separate door when it's not. Food at the cafe downstairs seem also very good too- We only had coffee and pastries, but the rest looks good as well. Manuela and Vanessa also gave us very good recommendations for restaurants nearby. In particular, we really enjoyed having lunch at the Trattoria Torre de Pisa, where they have some authentic and delicious Tuscan dishes (few tourists and lots of locals having lunch there- this tells you something!). Check-in and check-out was super easy. They helped us holding our bags while our room was ready when we got there before check-in time. Overall a great stay. We'd stay here again!

  I had a wonderful stay with the Pandenus family! The hotel is in the best spot in Brera — just a 2-minute walk to all the best bars and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The sheets were crisp, clean, and felt freshly laundered. Having the restaurant and bar downstairs was so convenient for someone travelling alone for work. The staff were warm, helpful, and truly lovely. Highly recommend!
