The decor leans modern without being cold, and the windows let in great natural light. I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but it’s comfortable and well-maintained.

Here’s something I really appreciated — the kitchenette actually has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the local market and make simple meals. The staff is helpful without being overly formal, which I prefer honestly. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area (it’s Milan, after all), but they’ll point you toward decent options nearby.   La stanza era riscaldata, le indicazioni chiare per prendere le chiavi, la zona fantastica, tutto pulito e molto funzionale

  The room was spacious enough, as was the bathroom. Clean towels and bed linen were provided, but the pillow was too thin. The location is good and well connected to public transport, but keep in mind that it takes about 30 minutes by metro or tram to reach most destinations, such as the Duomo or Central Station.
  
  What could be improved: The entry to the apartment is unnecessarily complicated — the key is literally left on a construction site floor, barely visible at night when you need to enter the code. There are three separate keys, completely unconnected, that you have to carry around; a simple keychain would make things much easier.
  The apartment itself feels more like a spacious hotel room. No one takes out the trash, and the only bin available is a small one in the bathroom. The terrace is basically a storage area for cleaning supplies and mops.
  If you plan to stay longer, keep in mind that the equipment is very limited — there’s just one kettle, two cups, and a teaspoon for coffee. It’s not necessarily bad, but you shouldn’t plan any meals, and there’s no refrigerator.

  Nice place in a good location near the M5 metro. Very nice clean neighborhood with good cafes are restaurants.

  What could be improved: First night there was a low frequency noise present until 2 AM in the morning. Probably some neighbor doing laundry at night. Couldn't sleep and first day of conference was a complete mess.
  
  No chair, so I had to work before and after conference sitting on the bed, and I had to sit on the floor on the balcony.
  
  Coffee machine prepared with the wrong coffee tablets, so I couldn't make coffee for myself in the morning. The coffee shops in the neighborhood open quite late so this made it uncomfortable for me.
  
  Because everything opens so late in the area you have to get your own breakfast from the supermarket.
  There is no fridge in the apartment, so make sure to buy things that can last in room temperature.
  
  There is no iron so make sure to iron your clothes before traveling here.
  
  Cups not cleaned, had to manually wash with soap in the bathroom sink.
  
  There were a pair of socks left on the window from previous guest.
  
  There were only one roll of toilet paper.

  Stosunek jakości do ceny był bardzo dobry. Bardzo miło było wejść do chłodnego pokoju, w którym już była włączona klimatyzacja. Łóżko było wygodne, a łazienka czysta. Okolica bardzo cicha i łatwo wszędzie dojechać komunikacją miejską – pokój godny polecenia
  
  What could be improved: W udogodnieniach pokoju jest Netflix, ale trzeba mieć własne konto, żeby z niego skorzystać. Jest też ekspres do kawy, do którego dostaliśmy jedynie dwie kapsułki na cztery noclegi. Niemniej, kawa wszędzie była bardzo tania, a w pokoju tylko spaliśmy, więc te rzeczy nam w zasadzie nie przeszkadzały
