  The room was very spacious, had a full kitchen, easy to lock and unlock the door, comfortable bed to sleep on, super close to a supermarket and about 10min walk to the metro

  There is enough space for 3 or 4 people. Kitchen had utensils and there was a washing machine for our dirty clothes. There was a supermarket near the building.

  there were 3 of us and the bedding for the sofa bed was dirty , no pillowcases or sheets just bare pillows which were stained. There was only enough towels for 2 people. The shower was very small and cramped.
  On our last night we couldn’t get into the apartment from the front door. The number to ring for automatic opening was just cutting off. 2.30 am in the morning, no one to contact as you have to whats app and they respond between 9am and 11.30 pm . We were stood in the street until 3.30 am I was extremely upset and my son was panicking. My partner eventually managed to get the door open. we were up early for our flight home so lucky we managed to get in as we may have missed the flight home.
  I messaged the whats app number and I am still waiting for a response. Overall a very poor service.
  The check in process is complicated and if something goes wrong like it did for us then theres no one to contact.
  What we paid for the property was definitely not good value.
