  I was unable to check in and can't comment on the suite.
  
  What could be improved: Check in process was complicated and felt information was kept from me for no clear or good reason me. Something as simple of confirming address. The name of this suite (Montenapoleone Suite in the heart of Milan – Best Location Possible) is very similar to another, more established accommodation (Montenapoleone Suite), leading to confusion and when we went to the Montenapoleone Suits as per address on google maps, we were told we don't have a reservation. This left us stranded and connecting with host was not the best experience. After about at least 4 hours of back and forth with host and with booking.com, which resulted in canceling our stay at this location and scrambling to find an alternate location. This definitely impacted our plans and prevented us from enjoying our stay in Milan. To add to the confusion, we received an email from host, through Booking.com, telling us that they can no longer accommodate us; then after several hours we got another email from Montenapoleone Suite in the heart of Milan – Best Location Possible telling us to check in.

  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the apartment is a disaster. Dirty and wet walls, terrible mold smell almost impossible to stay inside. Don't open the closet, the smell will hit you in the face.

  Super easy access to Metro. Accommodation is exactly as shown. It truly is the best location possible.

  The location is fantastic. Couldn't be any closer to the heart of milan! The check in process was well explained and very straightforward.
  
  What could be improved: The managers weren't reachable between the hours they wre "guaranteed" to be reachable. even after I advised them ahead of time when I would be arriving to drop off my luggage, no one answered my call or messaged me back for two hours. The accommodation was basic and clean, but there was rust on the floor of the shower. The ironing board they provided was flimsy. For the money they're charging, they can do a lot better.

  What could be improved: We booked what was described as a one-bedroom flat, but in reality it was a very compact studio. The property is old and in poor condition. The headboard was broken and we had to prop it up with a chair to prevent it from collapsing on us while sleeping. On arrival, the window handle came off in our hand. The bathroom was extremely dated: the shower head was broken, the toilet had clearly not been properly cleaned for years, and the cabinet under the sink was filthy.
  
  The amenities were also disappointing. For our entire stay we were provided with only two toilet rolls, a tiny shower gel (no more than 5ml), and not even a single coffee pod to welcome us. When we reported the broken items upon arrival, the host did not acknowledge the issues. Later, when we mistakenly entered the wrong code and could not get in, the host’s first reply was that they “don’t respond until after 10am,” despite the urgency of the situation. He eventually did assist us, but the experience left us feeling unsupported.
  
  We travel to Milan twice a year on business, and this has been our first truly bad accommodation experience. The only positive is the excellent location, but sadly the property itself does not live up to expectations.

  What could be improved: The photos are a bit misleading. It's clean and tidy but not as elegant as in the photos.

  The location was really good. We were missing some amenities for example kitchen towel. Also not all lights were working. Finally it was really noisy at night time from the neighbours sitting on the patio and speaking/ laughing loudly at 01:00, this made our sleep challenging.
