  Nice room, private bathroom, welcome water and coffee, many towels, quiet part of the city, metro station was close. Super easy acces via electronic keys
  
  What could be improved: It was quite cold in November, even though heating was working. There was no disergent or anything I can clean disheses with, even though dishwasher was there.

  * Location was good.
  * AC was working fine.
  
  What could be improved: * The room was in the Basement. So, humid and smell of the mold.
  * The bed wasn't clean. Found Cigarette buds and hairs on the bed.
  * There was issue with the hot water, not enough even for 2 people.
  * Ventilation was not quite good.
  * Issue with the water drainage of dishwater. Not enough cutlery's for 2 people.

  What could be improved: The apartment is a basement single room with a lot of humidity. The location is not excellent either.

  The room itself was clean, the wifi was working good
  
  What could be improved: I stayed in the apartment for 2 nights.
  1) the check-in is 2 km away from the actual room
  2) during my whole stay there was no hot water. I let their customer service know and they even sent someone to fix the problem, but it didn't get fixed.
  3) The apartment has a dishwasher and a stove, but no dishes. It just makes absolutely no sence
  4) I got mould in my bathroom and there was no possibility to open the windows. I could barely sleep because of the smell

  Let's start with the key pick up.I came to the green house at 14:00 on 12 Mar.First I had to go to the office which was at a different location from the apartment.I spent 60 euro to go to the office just to pick up the key.
  Second after I had done my formalities of the paper work, I finally received the key from Michael.Then I asked him where I could get a new sim from,he said I have a new sim lyca.Which I paid him 30 euro I asked him how long does it take to activate he said with in 2 hours it will activate.I left the office with key to the luxury green house.
  We struggled to open the door of the flat with a passcode which wasn't working.But finally one Mrs jaki marcos helped us and sent us the wifi password and we opened the door with wifi.
  About the sim I had called and sms Mr. Michael several times but did not get activated.It was a scam to me that cost me 30 euro.Please do not lie to the visitor for just 30 euro, It called fraud,scam.
  
  What could be improved: Highly disagree with the service that was given by Mr. Michael.I paid him 30 euro for sim lyca sim which never got activated.Be careful do not buy sim from him he is selling fake sim cards.

  It's a very nice modern little studio, once you get in. With pretty much everything and the metro is close.
  Easy checking with app that unlocks the door, no keys to carry 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Cutlery was missing, the premises aren't as pretty and looked after at all, would suggest to renovate that part (corridor/stairs/door).
  Not my case but the entrance isn't good for anyone with a locomotor disability
