  What could be improved: Faltaban utensilios básicos en la cocina. Por ejemplo una tostadora, algo para la limpieza (bayetas, paños y pastillas para el lavavajillas) y el microondas no se podía poner en ningún enchufe porque no eran compatible.

  The apartment was not clean at all, especially the bathrooms had hair on the floor and in the sinks and frankly anyone who is a basic clean person could understand that this apartment and especially the bathrooms were not cleaned properly if at all. I booked it based on its good feedback on cleanliness but now I wonder how it even got those.
  
  Nevertheless when I communicated the problem the host was willing to send the cleaning stuff to make amends for the situation but by the time this happened it was already late because we only stayed for 3 nights and they would come the last to clean

  What could be improved: I servizi un bagno funzionante l'altro senza acqua calda ho riferito al proprietario,prima mi ha risposto con una foto specificandomi cosa fare,dopo aver fatto ciò che mi ha detto,nulla l'acqua sempre fredda. Ho mandato un altro messaggio al proprietario niente risposta neanche si è fatto vedere…quindi in 4 con una doccia sola…il check in semplice ma non riuscivo ad entrare,se nn fosse stato per il portiere saremo rimasti fuori tutto il pomeriggio,perché il proprietario anche lì non ha fatto nulla ..do un 7 per l'appartamento è per la posizione, altrimenti avrei dato 4 persone la poca disponibilità del proprietario…sono rimasta delusa..
