  The property is close to city centre cca 6 min walk to public transport. Located in a safe and quiet area. Has most of the facilities you need.
  
  What could be improved: The parking situation is a bit complex. There’s paid public parking in front on blue lines which is around 24 euros. The free parking mention in the booking is cca 800 meters from property in a different area. Not enough space in the closet for clothes, only one small section was open for use. No iron.

  What could be improved: Hello, good evening. My name is Fabiana Chicole. I was traveling to Milan on October 25th and made a reservation with Booking at Porta Venezia New Luxury. First, the owner changed my reservation date without me asking, and after a week he changed it to the date I had requested. Then he sent me a check-in link, which I tried to use for a week and was unable to check in. Finally, I was afraid of being scammed, since I was traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable staying at this place, after some strange situations. I would really like to be able to get a refund.

  The location was good, near the metro and tram stops, good restaurants in the area too. The apartment was super clean and well equipped with all one needs for a short stay. The instructions for entering were spot on and with an elevator it was easy to get luggage up to the apartment. It was all very comfortable and had a nice size shower in the bathroom.
