You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Duomo, but the morning feels peaceful here — no tourist crowds outside your window at 7 AM. There’s a fantastic little café around the corner where you’ll see the same faces every morning, and the staff there will start recognizing you by day three. The Quadrilatero della Moda is close enough that you can pop over for window shopping, but far enough that you’re not paying luxury district prices for everything.

The Room

My room had this wonderful mix of classic Milanese style and modern comfort that actually worked. The ceilings were high — probably original from whenever this building was first constructed — and the furnishings felt thoughtfully chosen rather than just picked from a hotel catalog. What really impressed me was the attention to sound insulation; despite being in the city center, nights were genuinely quiet. The bathroom was compact but well-designed, with excellent water pressure that you don’t always get in older Italian buildings.

Service and Amenities

The staff here operate with that rare combination of professionalism and genuine warmth. They’re not hovering, but when you need something, they handle it efficiently. There’s no full-service restaurant on-site, but honestly, you’re in Milan — step outside and you’ve got incredible dining options within a two-minute walk. What they do have is a lovely breakfast setup with proper Italian coffee and fresh pastries that actually taste like they came from a local bakery.

  Extremely spacious and had all facilities which made our stay a very comfortable and memorable one.
  
  What could be improved: The location was slightly inside, which nothing can be done about … But had the toiletries been added it wud have been an icing on the cake. Also a table or bench to open the suitcases wud have been a good idea

  Really spacious and gorgeous apartment – we were a family of 3 but it could have easily hosted 4 or more. Staff was helpful and communication was easy via WhatsApp. Location is great, a good 10 min walk to Duomo but in a not so touristy area, which was great.
  
  What could be improved: A bit pricey but we realized later that it was the F1 weekend. Some amenities were missing (hand soap, etc.)

  Apartment is quite big and has 2 baths. It is in quiet area near the metro. There is a coffee machine and some capsules were left.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa looks very dirty.
  We slept on it, but on the next day we folded it in order to sit more comfortably. Then we were unable to open the bed and had to sleep on the folded sofa.

  The property was huge which we did not expect, our little son could run around and he really enjoyed it. Very close to the duomo and the train station, there were nice cafes nearby and the supermarket was just 4 minutes away. Very convenient location. The apartment was warm and had all the amenities. The hostess was really kind and helpful. A suggestion would be to offer some bathing soaps.

  We stayed for two nights. The apartment is located on a quiet street, not far from the main tourist areas and metro stations.
  
  The reception staff was very helpful and assisted us with the door codes.
  
  The apartment was spacious for two people, featuring effective air conditioning and central heating, one shower, and two toilets. My friend slept on the couch, which was a bit uncomfortable but not bad enough to complain about.
  
  The balcony offered a lovely view, and the shower in the large bathroom was excellent.
  
  The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a quick snack at home.
  
  As a bonus, it rained during our stay, and we were able to borrow umbrellas from reception, which was very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: –

  Very clean, very comfortable, super location!
  
  What could be improved: There was a small problem with the boiler, probably occasional. But they immediately told us to come and fix it. Also, in the one bedroom with the two single beds, put a light on.
