  There were no keys. There were instructions to dial a phone number (not via WhatsApp) that would trigger the door to open at the entrance of the building. Then there was a code you had to enter into a door keypad to unlock the door to the apartment.

  L’appartement était très bien équipé et surtout proche de tout !
  Petit shop juste à côté, boulangerie, restaurant.
  Il y avait du café mis à notre disposition, ainsi qu’une bouteille d’eau. J’ai trouvé ça top.
  La personne de contact est très réactive ! J’ai apprécié.

  What could be improved: 1. За декілька годин до нашого заселення прийшли інструкції щодо того як зайти до квартири. Але не було вказівок як потрапити в парадне. Випадково нам відкрив сусід, до того ми стояли під дверима.
  2. В ванній кімнаті був зламаний (тік) змішувач
  3. Зайві та розкидані речі в гардеробній.
  4. При бронювання вказано що оператор знімає депозит (залог) який повертається протягом тижня після виселення, в нас гроші повернулися за 9 днів після звернення до служби підтримки.
