  El hotel en si está muy bonito y el chico que nos atendió en el check-in fue muy amable.La habitación era mucho más pequeña de lo que pensábamos. Aún así , cumplió su función y estuvimos agusto los dos días . No está en el centro pero tiene transporte público al lado . El tranvía se toma en la calle de atrás y en 20m estás en el Duomo. El barrio es tranquilo y hay cafeterías y bares con precios muy asequibles.

  Mezzi a due passi. Tram, bus e metro a pochi minuti a piedi. Tempo di viaggio per il centro e per la stazione 25/30 minuti. La struttura è ultra moderna e ben tenuta.

  Good location, nice and quiet neighbourhood, nearby public transport. The staff is very friendly and flexible, we could get the room earlier. The bed was super comfy and the design is very nice. Only some water glasses was missing, but everything was very good.

  I loved big and firm pillows. Large shower. Easy public transport connection to the city center within 10 minutes.
  
  What could be improved: Paper-thin walls. You can hear everything that is happening on the hallway, when someone enters the house, people walking up and down the stairs, people talking, and guests from the next rooms. Team could be a bit more responsive and reply faster on Whatsapp messages.

Didn’t work for most of my stay and nobody informed me and I had to go and ask myself and the issue was never resolved. Although when asked the staff was kind. However nothing was done about it. Also no Kettles for coffee or tea

  I made the reservation very late, but it was confirmed immediately. At check-in, I was greeted by a friendly young man who helped me carry my bag to the room. The hotel is newly renovated, beautifully designed, and very clean. The room was compact with a double bed and had air conditioning. Nothing disturbed a good night’s sleep.

  The location is excellent and the surroundings are peaceful.
  I will definitely return the next time I’m in Milan.
