  Amazing location, safe building with a super interior.
  
  What could be improved: We arrived at 3:45 PM, got the keycard from the receptionist, and went up to the apartment, which was uncleaned. I took photographs to show. We went down to the receptionist who called Rentopolis. About 20 minutes later the cleaning lady came, so we left the apartment.
  After a long and exhausting journey, we had hoped to freshen up and change before our scheduled meetings. However, to our dismay, the apartment had not been cleaned, it was a mess, leaving us unable to relax and get ready as planned, so we had to leave.
  
  As guests, we value cleanliness and preparation, especially after a tiring trip.
