  The accommodation had a good location. The bathroom was clean. There were cafes and places to eat nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The furniture was shabby. We were afraid to sit on the chairs in the kitchen. But since we were only staying one night, it was manageable. The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk all the way up. Upon arrival, we didn't know where to go, we called the owner about 5 times, but he only responded to our message via booking.

  The apartment's location is very comfortable, as it is close both to Milano Cadorna train station (5-minutes walk) and to the city center (15 minutes from Duomo).

  What could be improved: Communication with the apartment's hosts is difficult as they reply late. We had asked whether we could check-in before 3 pm more than 10 days before our arrival but we never received an answer. We managed to communicate about the check-in only a few hours before our arrival.

  Location 10/10, not noisy eventhough it is located in a busy area. Full of restaurants, coffee shops, essentially anything you might need during your stay and very convenient for checking all the amenities in Milan.
  
  What could be improved: Electric outlets are falling apart, we had to charge our phones outside as there was only one actually functioning. The communication with the property was good, but some small repairments in the place are needed.

  Host is really kind and helpful. He met us downstairs, showed around, gave many towels and answered to all our requests even though he didn't have to do it. Great location, pretty close to Duomo, easy to find it.
  
  What could be improved: We had to use sofa bed as we were four people and there was only one full size bed, unfortunately bed sheets on sofa were dirty, probably wasn't changed after previous guest. Probably it is the only thing I didn't like.

  When we arrived at the apartment, the person (Mr. Thissa) in charge was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The apartment is located in a great location. Comfortable and clean.
  
  What could be improved: The bath room has no shower door. The water goes all over the bathroom when you're taking a shower. It also creates a potential safety hazard as it makes the floor slippery. Installing a shower door would help contain the water and prevent these issues.

  – the hostess was friendly and helpful
  
  What could be improved: – the appartment photos showed the apartment much newer and in a better condition but that was not the case.
  – the overall condition of the appartment is fair and it didn't feel clean.
  -needs maintenance and deep cleaning (e.g. washing machine, shower head, coffee machine were furred)
  – A major issue is safety. The entrance door remains open and then a button is accessible for everyone for the second door downstairs. The appartment's door closes only when is logged. Still there is a gap at the end of the door.
  – it needs improvements in terms of provisions (e.g. the dish washer and the coffee machine weren't maintained properly).
  – the half shower door is missing and the water comes out of the shower
  – shower rain head needs deep cleaning
  – the bathroom sink is clogged
  -the room was booked for 3 persons and was prepared for 2. We had to request for additional bed linen.
