The metro connections are solid too, which means you can explore without dealing with the chaos of staying right in the tourist center.

The Suite Experience

The room itself feels more like a proper apartment than your standard hotel setup — there’s actually space to spread out and settle in for a few days. What struck me most was the attention to detail in the furnishings; everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just hotel-standard. The kitchen area is surprisingly well-equipped if you want to grab some fresh ingredients from the local markets, though honestly, with Milan’s incredible food scene right outside your door, you might not use it much.

Daily Life Here

Mornings start with excellent coffee from the little place around the corner (the staff will point you toward their favorite spot), and evenings mean you can walk to aperitivo without dealing with tourist crowds. The three-star rating might make you think basic, but this place punches well above its category — I mean, you’re getting suite-style accommodation in prime Milan for what you’d pay for a standard hotel room in a less interesting area. The 8.1 rating makes sense when you experience how everything just works smoothly.

  What could be improved: 1. non functioning washing machine that was not advised prior to stay but was clearly known to host as there was a note on the door to inform.
  2. constantly noisy due to regular tram activity nearby.
  3. irritatingly Noisy refrigerator and constantly running toilet.
  4. very cramped bathroom – basin is huge and together with bidet takes up too much space.
  5. airconditioner only mildly effective.

  What could be improved: Unfortunately no washing machine as previous guest had broken it. Although it usually wouldn't bother us it was one of the key things why we booked here due to travelling through Europe. However due to the heatwave we could hand wash our larger items and hang outside.

  Location is excellent, it is in the city center near main traffic routes, safe for women to walk alone at night. I chose this apartment mainly for its location as it was convenient to go to the places I needed to visit in 4 days. The apartment had basic minimal supplies for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine. There was a farmacy downstairs and there are some grocery stores were within 15min walk. The view outside of the window was beautiful in the summer. I paid for its location.
  
  What could be improved: Used lockbox check-in, not meeting in person. Noisy with windows closed at night. Would be better if it has: wall hooks near the entrance (wardrobe is the only place to hang); facial tissue; wall/any mirror outside of the bathroom; coffee capsules matching my stay (had 2 for 4 days); bottled water for arrival; basic toilettes. I recommend the owner to stay one night there and they'd know what's missing.
  
  Not providing invoice that she charged extra fee for. 17 days after check-out, she ignored reminders from me and Booking, responded my review but still didn't provide the invoice. I only communicated when necessary (pay for extra guest, invoice) and usually it took 4 days plus a reminder to get responses. After my booking, this apartment was still open for instant booking elsewhere for the same dates, it was fixed after I communicated with her and Booking.

  The owner's response twists the reality to cover her failures: Fail to maintain a correct reservation synchronization program across platforms; Fail to provide invoices that any legit business would provide; Fail to follow Milan's rule on lockbox.
  
  I booked 4 months ealier, then saw her apartment open for instant booking elsewhere. I reported her error to her and Booking to prevent potential double-book from others. She thanked me and said "there was a problem with the reservation synchronization program. It's now fixed!" I registered my passport name on Booking and the other platform for reservations; both sites allow users to show "preferred first name" for communication; if she interprets it as "multiple identity," she should review if her business aligns with the platforms where she hosts. 1 month ago, I knew I may have an extra guest so I told her with honesty and paid extra guest fee, invoice fee, and tax via a link she provided outside of Booking.

  The location is amazing, perfect for Milan! The studio is very clean and has everything you need! The building is nice and safe, for a work trip it was great

  Located just close to M1 line – Conciliazione, makes is easy to reach the center. Down the main street one can find plenty of cafes for breakfast.
  
  The comfort of the bed could be better for me. A matter of a taste, still 🙂 Host is super responsive, giving easy and clear navigation instructions.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe, because of the fashion week, the apparent seemed overpriced to me. It is located right on the street line with decent traffic. In fact, almost impossible to sleep with an open window.
  
  Would love to see better shower cabin for the price paid.
