  the apartment on its own was really pretty but needed some cleaning, and metro was really close

  nothing looked like in the pictures from
  booking.com…. in second room sheets that were already on were just turned around to hide the fact that they were also dirty, no soap, no towels.

  and when i texted and called the customer service from the apartment it took almost 2.5 hours to do something with that- which is ridiculous- whole evening was ruined because we had to wait for someone- and they havent told us the time when someone’s gonna arrive so we were just sitting there and the only info that we got was the fact that lady is calling laundry company.

  La propiedad estaba bien, le faltaba algún artefacto para calentar agua. El baño estaba muy bien, la tercer cama es un sofá cama medio incómodo para una persona grande. El edificio donde se encuentra , al principio da mal aspecto, pero luego la impresión mejora, es algo típico de Italia, es un tercer piso sin ascensor, difícil para gente grande. La entrega de llaves se hace en otra dirección, algo medio complicados! El resto bien!!

  What could be improved: Ukryta opłata turystyczna która pojawia się na miejscu do zapłacenia- pobranie pieniędzy bez paragonu/ kwota nieadekwatna o 4 euro więcej niż nakazują urzędowe nakazy (mimo że wcześniej przy blokowaniu też ją widzimy do zapłaty w tym momencie) , brak zdjęć okolicy przy lokalu- przerażające przypominają slums, brudno- kamień w łazience, śmierdzące ręczniki, brud na podłodze, obowiązek zabookowania się i odbioru kodu do klucza w innej lokalizacji niż wynajęty lokal

  L’appuntamento è moderno, è molto carino e accogliente,piccolino ma c’è tutto il necessario per chi si deve fermare a Milano per qualche giorno! Mi è piaciuto anche per lo stile dell’appartamento e soprattutto per il gioco di luci veramente bello! Sono andata benissimo anche perché avevo il corso a 3 passi da lì!
  
  What could be improved: La pulizia nel dettaglio è un po’ così, non curata, ok è moderno quindi non si nota subito ma la doccia è piena piena di calcare anche la cornetta funzionava male proprio per quello, il lavandino in cucina anche, la scopa per spazzare era molto molto sporca, e purtroppo anche gli asciugamani sapevano un po’ di fumo, le pile nei telecomandi sono scarichi sia della tv che il condizionatore sarebbero da cambiare però in generale dovevo stare solo 3 giorni e andata bene

  What could be improved: informacja o sposobie odbioru kluczy przekazana była w ostatniej minucie czasowego przedziału godzin przyjazdu. Poczatek października a do przykrycia tylko prześcieradło, bez kołdry czy koca. Za dostarczenie kołder właścciciel zażądał dodatkowej opłaty 15 euro. W tym czasie ludzie chodzili ubrani w kurtkach.
