You’re about a 15-minute metro ride from the Duomo, which sounds far but really isn’t when you consider how much quieter this neighborhood is compared to the tourist chaos downtown. The Corvetto metro station is walkable, though I’ll admit it’s not the most scenic stroll. What I loved though is how you get a real taste of residential Milan here — actual locals going about their day, small cafés that don’t overcharge, and streets where you can actually hear yourself think.

The Room Experience

My room was simple but thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was surprisingly good — firm but not rock-hard — and the bathroom, while compact, had decent water pressure (trust me, this matters after long days of walking around the city). Storage space was adequate, and I appreciated the little touches like proper hangers and a small desk area where I could spread out my maps and plan the next day.

Practical Details

The staff here are genuinely helpful without being overly formal, which I found refreshing. They speak decent English and actually know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the standard tourist traps. WiFi worked reliably throughout my stay, and while there’s no on-site restaurant, you’re surrounded by authentic local eateries that serve much better food than most hotel dining anyway.

  What could be improved: If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My stay here was a disaster from start to finish.
  
  First, there were ants everywhere, even getting into my toiletries, which was disgusting. The toilet seat was broken, making it incredibly uncomfortable to use. To top it off, the A/C barely worked, and with temperatures reaching 35°C that weekend, it was unbearable inside the apartment.
  
  On top of that, my boyfriend had to wait for a long time at check-in because someone from management couldn’t find the key, which was beyond frustrating. The kitchen was practically bare, with hardly any essentials – not even a corkscrew!
  
  To make matters worse, the management was incredibly rude. The final straw was when someone from the cleaning crew barged in, right after I got out of the shower, leaving me completely exposed. This level of incompetence and disrespect is unacceptable.
  
  I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well!

  Appartamento in comoda posizione,vicino a metro 8 minuti. Appena ristrutturato,bagno nuovissimo, parquet cucina con ogni servizio,bagno grande con doccia,camera spaziosa e soggiorno dotato di divano letto. Zona residenziale tranquilla,personale molto simpatico.

  The apartment is modern and very comfortable. The property is conviniently located close to metro stop, six stops away from Duomo metro station and ten from Milan central station.
  
  What could be improved: The stove did not work at all. The apartment wasn't cleaned well. We wrote to the property manager that we will arrive around six estimated time. She waited for us half an hour and left. We were there at seven, had to wait for her for an hour to get it in the apartment. No clean sponge to use, no deterdzent, no kitchen cloth. At least some coffee or water would be more than welcomed.

  Apartment is spacy and very clean, also with the balcony – from the living room.
  It had all towels and toiletries that needed, even though it is not in the centre , the metro is just 5 min away . So it is not a problem to get around the city – get yourself a day ticket
  
  What could be improved: Kitchen is big and modern, has a nice dinning area , but very empty. It is basically small details , that do create an atmosphere of cozy place, even for travellers. Only 1 wine glas,and only 2 water glass, no cutting board..
  To be like super host I would add 2-4 coffee cupsuls to the machine – but it is really more like a bones than nessesity.

  What could be improved: Sheet is smelly, which make me doubt they clean it regularly. We used bath towel for sleeping because we brought our own towels.
