YOUnique Boutique Rooms Overview
First Impressions
YOUnique Boutique Rooms sits right on Corso Buenos Aires, and honestly, you can’t ask for a better address in Milan. I mean, you’re basically in the heart of one of Europe’s best shopping districts — though the entrance on the first floor means you escape the street-level chaos once you’re inside. The building itself has that classic Milanese charm, and climbing those stairs feels like you’re heading to a friend’s stylish apartment rather than checking into a hotel.
The Location Magic
Here’s what I love about staying here — you’re a five-minute walk from Porta Venezia metro station, which connects you to literally everywhere in the city. But honestly, you might not need the metro much because Corso Buenos Aires stretches for over a kilometer of pure shopping bliss. When you get tired of browsing (and trust me, your feet will tell you when), the Giardini Pubblici are just around the corner for a proper break.
The Room Experience
The room design actually lives up to the “boutique” promise — each one feels thoughtfully put together rather than cookie-cutter corporate. You know what struck me? The attention to details that matter, like proper lighting for getting ready and enough outlets where you actually need them. It’s not huge, but it’s Milan — space is precious, and they’ve used every inch intelligently.
Practical Comforts
The three-star rating might seem modest, but the comfort level punches well above that category. Air conditioning that actually works (crucial during Milan’s sticky summers), and the WiFi is solid enough for video calls — I tested it during a work trip. The bathrooms are compact but modern, with decent water pressure and those little touches that show someone actually thought about the guest experience.
Why Guests Love It
Look, Milan can be expensive, and finding a place that balances location, comfort, and value isn’t easy. YOUnique manages that balance really well — you’re paying for the prime location and boutique feel without the five-star price tag. Plus, being on Corso Buenos Aires means you’re surrounded by cafés for morning coffee runs and restaurants for dinner, so you’re living like a local rather than being stuck in some tourist bubble.
Best hotels in Milan blend rooftop terraces, contemporary Italian style, and traditional Milanese breakfast spreads.

Perfect place with perfect host✨ – Elene from Georgia – 31 May 2025 (10/10)
Our stay in Milan was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the landlord. She were available 24/7 and went above and beyond to help us — from recommending great local spots to assisting us with everything we needed during our stay. Her support made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Our stay in Milan was the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and unforgettable city vibes. – Weronika from Poland – 28 May 2025 (10/10)
We stayed here during a short trip to Milan and couldn’t be more delighted! The location is perfect – right by one of the city’s main streets, with easy access to the metro, shops, and cafes, yet still peaceful and quiet enough to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
The room was clean, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped – with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a lovely view from the window. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind – communication was fast and easy, both before arrival and during our stay.
This place truly has something special – it added a touch of magic to our honeymoon-birthday getaway in Milan. Highly recommend!
What could be improved: Everything was truly wonderful, but one small tip for future guests: make sure to read the door access instructions carefully and take a moment to understand them before arriving. After a full day of exploring the city, trying to figure it out when you're already tired might feel a bit overwhelming. It's a small detail, but planning ahead will make your check-in much smoother.
