  What could be improved: You can only get the keys for free at the company's office. But the office is only open at 6 pm. If you arrive later, you have no choice but to order the keys to the apartment for an additional fee (the price depends on the time of arrival). Given modern technology, this is absurd. The apartment has two air conditioners (in each bedroom), but they can only work individually. So, you will have to choose which bedroom will be hot in the morning.

  What could be improved: the key office is slightly away from the apartment, office and apartment on the two different side of the Milano train station, so when you go out of the office you need to go west to the office and then to go opposite to the east to apartment, so if you are in a hurry, please do remember to leave more time for reaching the office for the key and then apartment, check the map and you will see, not that far but not that near.

  Close to Metro ad some great restaurants. Good towel selection, comfortable beds. Washing machine was a little hard to figure out, but did the job. Quiet area. Nice that we could throw out the garbage close by.
