You get a basic kitchenette with a two-burner stove and small fridge — perfect for making coffee in the morning or heating up leftovers from that amazing risotto you couldn’t finish.   Blízko centra , pár minut chůze na tramvaj/metro, velký Carrefour nedaleko. Mohli jsme se po dohodě ubytovat dříve jak v 14:00. Klidná lokalita.
  
  What could be improved: Rozbitá žaluzie ve střešním okně v jedné z ložnic by potřebovala vyměnit, aby byla při spaní větší tma.

  The apartment was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable and looks so much better in real life than the photos. My advice is to change the photos as they don't do it justice.
  
  What could be improved: Our flight was delayed so we arrived late and I let our host know. She responded by saying there was a late check-in fee of 30 Euros after 10pm. We arrived before 10 but then she said the owner required a 20 Euro check-in fee after 8pm. This seemed strange as we had not received any information about late check-in fees. To avoid these confrontations, information needs to be clear. Also it would be good to have a lock-box to make checking-in easy for everyone.

  What could be improved: Bad plumbing equipment and bad communication with the owner. We come to Milan at Wednesday evening. At Friday morning the toilet in the apartment began to leak. It was not even the leaking, it was waterfall. Of course we send the message to the owner. The answer was shocking. The owner wrote, that it’s the recurring problem and we need to close the water every time we are not using the toilet or shower and open the water, when we are using the bathroom. The toilet was fixed only after our call to booking.com, three days later. Next day we left Milan, our vacation was spoiled.
