  Pour une nuit, logement qui dépanne bien.
  
  What could be improved: Pour un long séjour, je n'y retournerais pas.
  Les voisins sont bruyants.
  Aucune intimité dans la salle de bain (grande fenêtre qui donne sur la rue, sans rideaux ni volets).
  Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine étant donné notre court séjour.
  Comme lu dans les commentaires, on nous a effectivement demandé de régler en espèces une fois arrivés, puis notre hôte a annulé notre réservation.
  En conclusion, pour une nuit, ça va, l'appartement était quand même moins cher que la plupart des autres logements sur Milan.

  El suelo y el baño estaban limpios. Y menos mal, en el armario habían sábanas limpias.
  Zona tranquila, aunque los coches circulan de forma demencial por las calles circundantes. Andando a 10’min hay una parada de metro y bus, y un lidl, llegar caminando al Duomo es un buen trecho .
  
  What could be improved: En el baño no hay intimidad debido a que hay un enorme ventanal frente al wc que da a un edificio y no tiene ni cortina ni estor ni nada.
  La limpieza deficiente y el sofá cama tenía sábanas con pelos y restos, se notaban que no se habían cambiado, los calderos de la cocina sucios y quemados, la lavadora con ropa de cama sucia.
  Además, te obligan a cancelar la reserva y piden que pagues en efectivo.

  Die Wohnung ist toll, die Lage, die Ausstattung. Ich habe auch gut geschlafen und werde wieder buchen wenn ich in Milano bin.
  
  What could be improved: Bis auf die Zahlungs-Abwicklung war alles super:
  Nach meiner Ankunft hiess es erst ich müsse in bar bezahlen. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass die Zahlung bereits elektronisch abgewickelt wurde. Daraufhin habe die Barzahlung verneint. Mattia, der mich zuvor sehr sympatisch und höflich empfangen hatte, war sehr flexibel und hat mir eine alternative Zahlung anbieten können.
