The building itself is typical Milan — classic early 20th century with that solid, reassuring feel you get in this city. There’s reliable Wi-Fi throughout (I worked from the dining table for a few days without issues), and the air conditioning actually works properly — something you can’t always count on in European apartments. Street parking can be tricky, but honestly, you don’t need a car here anyway.

  La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dall'Università, per questo l'abbiamo scelto e, anche se l'affaccio della zona giorno è su una via trafficata, gli ottimi infissi fanno da scudo lasciando fuori i rumori. L'appartamento è veramente accogliente, pulito e spazioso, ben riscaldato, ottimo anche per 5/6 ospiti, eccezionale anche la presenza di due bagni. Erano a disposizione anche le stoviglie, e l'occorrente per preparare thé e caffè. Con nostra sorpresa, all'arrivo, abbiamo trovato uno spumante di "benvenuto", molto gradito.
  
  What could be improved: …tutto perfetto! Solo la presenza temporanea dell'impalcatura per i lavori in corso, ma si sa che per migliorare gli edifici è necessaria. Sicuramente i lavori saranno a vantaggio del fabbricato e di conseguenza dell'appartamento.

  Exciting apartment in a great location! This is not a boring and impersonal hotel room, but more like a modern art exhibition. I admit that after reading a few very negative reviews I wanted to cancel my reservation, but Fabrizio asked me to decide on the spot. I'm so glad I decided to go and check it out for myself! We stayed in the apartment for five nights and were very satisfied. Fabrizio gave lots of good advice about the area and was very helpful.

  Relally close to canals and all bars and restaurants but far enough so it's quiet at night. Excellent connection with tram 9 and 15 to Citry Center and all historic places.

  Dos tiene que dormir en unas camas incómodas en el comedor, el horno no funcionaba y la ducha no la podíamos usar. El edificio está en construcción así que a las 8 ya tenes ruidos.

  Miejsce jest dobre na krótkotrwały pobyt, czyste (wbrew temu co niektórzy pisali), spokojne i w dobrej okolicy. Kontakt z gospodarzem jest bardzo dobry! Wszystkie informacje dostaliśmy z wyprzedzeniem, zrozumiałe i ze wszystkim można się dogadać.
  
  What could be improved: Część urządzeń jest starych i zniszczonych (kran w łazience cieknie, uszkodzona deska klozetowa), w domu są szafy i szafki z naklejkami "proszę nie otwierać" co jest trochę dziwne ale pewnie są tam prywatne rzeczy właścicielki.
