  Spacious apartment, clean,good kitchen. Was nice that I had basics like sugar, salt, olive oil if you fancy cooking.

  The apartment was a respectable size for three people. The bedding was soft and warm. We appreciated having an elevator to bring up heavy luggage. The manual was informative. Having a washer dryer on site, was also appreciated as it rained the days we were in Milan. The property managers responded promptly to any questions or concerns.
  
  What could be improved: We could have used a few more glasses and coffee mugs as there were three of us staying. The pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable.

  Location is great, the apartment is clean and spacious. It is close to metro, bars, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and great. The apartment had enough amenities for our two nights stay. Host gave good and clean instructions for how to enter the apartment and where to park etc.
  
  What could be improved: The hosts didn’t reply to our messages.They also didn’t let us know at all or in advance that someone is going to come to the apartment to check something so we had a man who does not speak English literally come into the apartment go around the apartment and check things without paying attention to us at all and to our surprise that he is there!?! The sofa bed is not for sleeping at least not for two people. for this price it should be changed and upgraded
