I mean, you can walk to the Duomo in about ten minutes, and there’s this great little café around the corner that locals actually frequent — not just hotel guests looking for overpriced espresso.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in had this clean, minimalist design that somehow managed to feel cozy rather than sterile. The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathroom was modern without trying too hard to be trendy. What really impressed me was the attention to detail — good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets where you actually need them, and blackout curtains that work.

Dining and Amenities

The hotel’s restaurant serves up solid Italian fare, though I’ll be honest — you’re in Milan, so you’ll probably want to explore the neighborhood’s dining scene too. That said, their breakfast spread is actually quite good, especially the fresh pastries that arrive warm each morning. The staff here really knows their stuff when it comes to restaurant recommendations, which saved me from a few tourist trap meals.

  What could be improved: Приехали поездом, до этого написали, что будем в 19.30, к сожалению долго ждали такси приехали в 20.00, никто не встретил, позвонили, сказали, что мы опоздали и к нам подъедут через 20 минут. В итоге ожидание 35 минут на жаре и нам открыли дверь. Дали 2 ключа, один от подъезда, а другой от квартиры. Вечером после ужина, мы узнали, что стеклянная дверь во внутренний двор, который нам нужно пересечь, чтобы попасть в свои апартаменты закрыта, писали, ответа нет, чтобы не ночевать на улице пришлось подручными средствами ее вскрыть. Хозяин так и не предоставил ключ от нее и на связь не вышел. Хорошо, что мы останавливались всего 3 дня, но пришлось ходить с отверткой.

  Il mio soggiorno in questa struttura è stato a dir poco deludente. Al mio arrivo ho scoperto che la stanza si trovava letteralmente in un cantiere a cielo aperto, senza che nessuno si fosse degnato di avvisarmi prima. Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto, e alla mia richiesta mi è stato detto che “quella del lavandino è buona”… peccato che siamo a Milano, dove l’acqua del rubinetto è tutto tranne che invitante.
  
  Impossibile aprire le finestre: polvere ovunque e rumori assordanti, con operai che iniziavano a urlare e martellare dalle 7 del mattino. Una situazione inaccettabile, gestita in modo superficiale e con zero attenzione al benessere dell’ospite. Nessuna soluzione proposta, nessun rimborso, solo giustificazioni.
  
  Esperienza da dimenticare, struttura gestita malissimo. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un minimo di comfort e rispetto.

  La vicinanza al centro, al duomo, alla metro e a tutti i servizi. Eccellente la disponibilità di Victor, il tuttofare della struttura, alle nostre richieste di check in anticipato e di deposito bagagli oltre il check out. La casa è ben arredata.
  
  What could be improved: La pulizia è sufficiente. I tappeti sono sporchi e le superfici pulite sommariamente. Mancava lo spazzolone per il wc, un cestino per la spazzatura al bagno, il sapone e la carta igienica le abbiamo dovute comprare. Anche qualche gancio per appendere le asciugamani, almeno una padella e qualche tazza avrebbero reso il soggiorno più confortevole di chi viaggia con famiglia e per questo sceglie le comodità della casa.

  L'appartamento è vicinissimo al duomo, zona tranquilla e ben servita. Posizione ottima per poter girare facilmente la città.
  I proprietari sono stati puntuali nella consegna delle chiavi e presenti durante il soggiorno.
  L'appartamento è pulito con doppi servizi e cucina utilizzabile per chi decide di cucinare la sera noi non l'abbiamo proprio usata. Torneremo sicuramente.
