What I really appreciated about this four-star place is how they’ve managed to create a proper living space without trying to cram too much in. The kitchen is actually functional — not one of those joke setups with a mini-fridge and a prayer. You can make real meals here, which is great because Milan’s restaurant scene can get pricey fast. The room layouts vary, but mine had this nice separation between sleeping and living areas that made it feel less cramped than typical city accommodations.

Practical Details

Here’s what actually matters when you’re hauling luggage around Milan — they’ve sorted out the practical stuff really well. The building has decent WiFi (I was working remotely part of my stay), and the shower pressure is solid. Air conditioning works properly too, which you’ll definitely need during summer months. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than staying in a hotel, if that makes sense.

  It was spacious and comfortable. Great having 2 bathrooms. Close to train station. It also felt very secure.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen was great but there were few utensils. It would also have been nice if coffee and tea were provided. The hot water ran out quickly and we had lukewarm warm to cold showers. We had set the temperature on a dial in the kitchen as recommended.

  The flat was ideally located near the Central Train Station close to the restaurants, supermarkets, and just a short train ride to major attractions. There were two bathrooms, one bedroom and a den with a sliding door.

  Our confirmation email stated checkout time is 11:00 a.m. however the binder left in the apartment stated checkout is at 10:00 a.m. and we were required to leave at 10:00. This was confusing and should be consistent.

  The apartment was in a great location, near Milano Centrale train station. A quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was comfortable and big enough for the entire family. It is near public transport and easy to access. There are great bars and restaurants nearby.

  Spacious apartment. Beds very comfortable, great location.
  
  What could be improved: Place is very bare, almost no basics. Shops including an Aldi are close by, but one does not for example want to buy a box of dishwasher tablets for a few nights stay. The showers are not very nice but otherwise we loved the place and really enjoyed our stay.

  The location is very convient.It is 5 minutes walking distance from the Chentrale station.
  It is so nice there are 2 bathrooms which save the time in the morning.
