I mean, if you’re the type who needs absolute quiet, this might not be your spot, but if you want to feel plugged into Milan’s social scene, it’s perfect.

Room Reality Check

The room I stayed in was smaller than I’d hoped — honestly, most Milan hotels pack you in pretty tight unless you’re dropping serious cash. But everything worked: good water pressure, decent Wi-Fi, and air conditioning that actually cooled things down during those sticky summer nights. The furnishings are modern enough, though you can tell they’ve seen a few years of use. There’s no kitchenette, but with all the dining options downstairs, you won’t really miss it.

Location Perks

What makes this place work is how connected you feel to authentic Milan life. The Porta Genova metro station is about a seven-minute walk — not bad when you’re heading to the Duomo or shopping districts. But honestly, I spent most evenings just wandering the neighborhood. There’s this great little restaurant called El Brellin right on the canal where locals actually eat, not just tourists taking Instagram photos. Parking is tricky around here (welcome to Milan), but the hotel can point you toward a garage a few blocks away.

Look, this isn’t going to win any design awards, and the service is friendly but pretty basic. What it offers is something you can’t fake — you’re staying in a neighborhood that feels real.   A hálószobák tágasak voltak, két fürdőszoba. Jó, könnyen megközelíthető a szállás, sétatávolságra a városközponttól. A helyszín nagyszerű volt, gyors kommunikáció a házigazdával. A kulcsok átvételének egyszerűsége.
  
  What could be improved: Nem volt tévé, kevés bútor volt, a szobákban érdemes lenne székeket tenni. Kissé kopottak voltak, szabadon lévő dróttal ellátott csillár, pedig a lakás szép volt.

  Bedrooms were roomy , nice location and good security .
  
  What could be improved: No extras like tea, coffee,milk or sugar. When you have had a long flight of 20 hrs to a different country it would be nice to be able to make a beverage straight away .

  Świetna lokalizacja, czystość, przestrzeń. Ogólnie polecam jednak trzeba mieć na uwadze pewne niedogodności. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy.
  
  What could be improved: Lustra w łazienkach zawieszone stanowczo za nisko. Brak chociażby butelki z wodą, saszetki z kawą czy herbatą i czajnika. Jest ekspress na kapsułki ale bez kapsułek. Sam apartament bardzo fajny jednak z minimalnym wyposażeniem. Brak telewizora.

  What could be improved: Il n’y avait pas de sac poubelle, ni de brosse qq dans une toilette, ni de linge à la cuisine ni de patte, ni de télévision. Des produits étaient grands ouverts dans le réduit de nettoyage et pas de réponse concernant nos demandes.
