The Corso Como nightlife scene is right there if that’s your thing, and during the day, you’ve got easy access to the Quadrilatero della Moda for shopping. The metro connections are fantastic — Garibaldi station handles multiple lines, so getting anywhere in Milan is straightforward.

What Works Well

The apartment style means you get way more space than you’d find in most Milan hotels at this price point. There’s a proper dining area where you can spread out with maps and guidebooks, plus enough storage that you won’t be living out of suitcases. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout — I worked from the kitchen table one morning without any issues. Parking can be arranged, which is actually a big deal in this part of the city where street spots are basically impossible to find.

  It's close to metro and bus stations, the Milano Centrale railway station also.
  Three big bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (the only thing missing is an oven)
  It might host up to 6 persons. Towels, toiletries, coffee, tea bags and bottles of water offered by the host.

  What could be improved: Our bed was broken and the property definitely needs a refresh (lots of dents on the walls, broken lamp). We also ran out of toilet paper. And on Monday (I know it’s not the owner’s issue) there were building works and lots of noise early in the morning. Would’ve been good to be warned about this. Overall lots of little things were uncomfortable – one of the bathrooms had a sink that was hard to use and nowhere to put soap in the shower. The wardrobes were hard to open too, they didn’t have handles even 😅

  Great Location, out of the city a little but easily accessible by bus, sub and the hop on hop off also stopped just around the corner. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.

  What could be improved: The property was not ready at the requested time , inspire of repeated reminders and being assured that it would be ready . We had to wait on the road with luggage , bearing the Milan heat for close to 30 mins . We were provided with just one key, with no checkout instructions . In spite of the delay , there were no toilet papers or toiletries provided . We had to call and inform and the same was given another 30 mins later . The house was not clean and some of us got dust allergies , eventually needing an inhaler . One of the rooms had bed bugs , making it unusable. We had booked the property for 4 days and 1 dish washer pod was provided . The cutlery provided was to a minimum and to our surprise there was no wine opener . On the penultimate day , there was no water from 9:30 am. In spite of contacting the property owner , there was no update on the reason or when the water supply would resume . We figured out via a notice in Italian ( thanks to google translator ) that it would resume at 4:30 pm. Other than we apologize for inconvenience, there was no communication. We had stayed in Italy for 2 weeks in five different properties . This was the most unresponsive and unpleasant experience.
